I too have NOC 2172, got PER on 18 Feb 2015, got MR last week.

Can you at least login to CIC website and check your status there?

the PER mail contains the file number and UCI required to login to CIC website.

I check regularly but no updates there.

I had my medical tests at Appollo hosp, ahmedabad today.

they just gave me one receipt and told me I have to send that to visa office.

But in mail from visa office I got one form IMM1017 which they did not give me back.

I am confused do I have to send the form IMM1017 which I got from visa office mail?
or do I have to send the medical test receipt from Appollo?

pls guide.

Dear Nilesh,

No need to send IMM1017, just send scan copies of medical test receipt provided by hospital through e-mail to WVO.

Even some forum members experienced that there is no need to send hard copy of medical receipt. If VO have asked for PCC, pls send original copies through courier.

Stay calm buddy. It will happen for your soon. Since, we don't know how VO works, let us assume that no news is good news. So stay happy and relax.

Hi raman84.. I hv checked on cic website..there are three qestionnaire.. Imm5490, imm5285, imm5540, which form is correct , who need to fill this ( me, spouse or both,, ) kindly suggest.

Received PPR.....

But it says that passport must be valid for six months. My son's passport is valid till 24 November 2015.

So it is sort of 2 to 3 days in terms of 6 month definition. if they consider 180 days equal to 6 months then it is valid for 184 days (still in deadline).

what should be done? I have raised CSE but they may take some time to get back.

Yes, I checked in the morning as well. It was updated between 12 pm and 3 pm.
