Need help pls, I have paid my PRFees by using my friend credit card and got the receipt as well.


My question is do i need to send this receipt blank to Warsaw or It has to be filled with my details.

If so,
1. Client date of birth - My date of birth

2. what is Client ID - is it (UCI) or (Application Number) ?

3. Address - My address

4. postal code - is my area pin code

5. Area Code - Ind. rég what is this (is it my telephone area code or some thing else) what if i don't have landline ? can i fill it with my mobile number ?

pls help regarding this

You need to fill ur File number, DOB, Complete address(starting with your name).

Has warsaw VO forgotten first week of may medical done applicants??? i am so eagerly waiting i see all who are later to me getting tlu and many even got DM.. y is that my application held up by VO :-X

What is the Process after the medicals have been completed.

1. what is the average number of days from Medical date to TLU.
2. is your application through to the Visa stage once the TLU is done.

I am sure this has been asked many times but This is a very tense period. and I would be grateful for news
