Received RPRF and medical requests from WARSAW.
I need advice from members here.
I didn't had hope of getting this far of my FSW application process. I have decided to study Master's in USA (most likely this fall term). I am pretty sure, this FSW application will not reach final stage before this August/September (which is when I will have to travel to USA). My plan is to complete Master's in USA and move to Canada (if I get a Canadian PR ofcourse).
I have few questions regarding this plan:
1) I have been asked to send scanned copies of my passport from VO along with RPRF. I am expecting F1 visa from USA in next two months. What happens if I receive PPR request from Canada VO after the USA visa is stamped on my passport. Will there be any questions from Canadian VO?
2) What should I do if I receive PPR request when I am in USA?
3) Do I have to inform Canada VO about travel to USA?
4) To avoid this fuss, is it worth it to wait for 3 months until Spring intake in the hopes of Canadian PR. (I am open to pursue Master's in Canada if I get a PR. I am not open to study on Canadian student visa though. Does Canadian permanent residents receive any financial aid to pursue higher studies?).
5) Talking about money, I have already spent around 2000 CAD until now on this FSW process. (App fee, education credential evaluation, IELTS, etc). Now, I have to spend another 1000 CAD for RPRF. I understand that Application fee is non-refundable at this stage of the application. Is it same for RPRF? Will RPRF be refunded if my application is refused/rejected due to any reason hereafter?
Please post your valuable thoughts on this. I am in a dilemma on what to make priority. USA(non-immigrant visa) or Canada (permanent visa). Goal is to get a Master's degree and a good job.
