Fourth Line Update - Decision Made

Got Third Line Update on 20th May and Fourth line on 23rd .... WOW.. that was really quickly from what I have observed on this forum...

CONGRATS PRIYA ...THAT WAS SUPERFAST, CAN U HELP ME TO CHECK MY ECAS STATUS , EVERYTIME I TRY TO CHECK IT DOES NOT THROW ANY STATUS INSPITE OF THE FACT THT MY MEDICAL IS DONE ON 16TH MAY,

It is written on RPRF Receipt to mention Client ID, that means your UCI Number in that box. As you have mentioned your Application ID, to be on safe side just write your UCI on RPRF Receipt and scan it and send it to WVO. that will work.

Thanks for the advice, Priya. Tried to send the mail to VO. But I received a system generated mail stating that Mail Box of Warsaw VO is full. So mail can not be delivered.

What should I do? Should I send RPRF again through Courier?

Urgent Clarification:


We got our medicals done from Max Delhi.

Here is the observation:

i do not see doctor's stamp on my 4.5 yrs old Daughter's e-medical form? Only round stamp is there with hospital name?

Is it allright? whereas my and my wife's e-medical has stamp with Doctor's name and some number.

Please suggest

Few hours back, got my Forth Line Update. I have sent ONLY scan copy on PP,RPRF and medical summary report. I hope this is enough for you to set an example.

In case of PCC and other official document VO may ask for originals, but in case of PP, RPRF & Medical no hard copy required.

Emails to warsaw to send the RPRF, Passport, Medical forms are bouncing back.

I tried two time. Got reply that mailbox of recipient is FULL

May be due to the weekend ! Though not sure.!!

another strange thing is that though i am sending to right email address but getting bounce back message from WSAWIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca

anybody else experienced the same?

Yes . I experienced the same. Try sending it again during daytime (of Warsaw). I sent it again and it did not return (no mailbox full message).
