FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Got my AOR today. Timeline below

NOC: 0113
App filed: 29/12/2014
PER: 29/03/2015
AOR: 20/05/2015

Hi Friends,

I paid RPRF Fee online using Credit Card.

Question:

1. Do i need to write the names of applicants on it? Since you have paid with your own credit card, your name would be mentioned in the receipt by default
2. In "Client Date of Birth" do i need put my (main applicant) DOB? or both me and my spouse. Only Main applicant
3. "Client ID" : What do we need to write here. is it UCI ? Do we need to modify it or file name while sending via email? Yes its UCI.
4. Postal Code/Area/Phone: I assume these are my details since i paid myself. Yes, your address

Please suggest.

Hey,
No need to tell VO, u can do Medicals anywhere on Earth(but should be listed on CIC panel)
Just send medical form to ur spouse.

If you have a PDF writer then u can type the details . Or else take the print out. Fill in the details and scan & email

Its better you send everything in one email. There many online sites that help you to decrease file size moreover reduce pixels on images. We tried that and were able to put all documents in one ZIP folder. For us doucments were more as had to email both applicant and co-applicant information both.

Yes that's right, not required to send hard copies. you can send soft copy via mail to VO. All the best

(Page 243)..Did you not receive an RPRF email receipt once you paid your RPRF fee which states "Attached to this e-mail is a copy of your official receipt for the payment of Citizenship and Immigration fees. Please print this receipt and attach a copy of the receipt to your application. Your case processing centre will only accept a printout of the official receipt as proof of payment. Thank you."

I got this from epayment @ cic.gc.ca. Please clarify your statements.

I just casually asked them and they said ki enquiry lagi hai. I am in a fix.
so should I get the xray dne again.

In main forum, one guy whose file was transferred to colombo got PPR from colombo VO only, but passport to be submitted to New Delhi. So i assume we will also get PPR from WVO but obviously passport submission will be at New Delhi

Yes you need to print n fill in the details and scan back n email it. Its not that they need hard copy. So u can send via email.
And also note that payment can be made by anyone, but a printout of receipt should be filled with client details and then scanned to mail to VO.

As per advice from our agent we have sent all the documents by courier i.e. RPRF, PCC, Passport Pages, Medical Reciept, Cover Letter. Also we have scanned all passport pages and DHL courier reciept and emailed them.

No second line update till now.
