Guys please suggest i paid RPRF fees through my Friend CC & his name print on screen it will create problem or it is ok.
Else what details to be filled of Self in receipt like DOB,Client ID means UCI , Address (Present or Permanent Both) , Mobile no.

Is anything more to be filled.

Is the mail u are talking about is that mail in which i received my application number and UCi code? If yes then there is no visa office details.

look at my timelines................. i was also in the same situation as yours.............. no AOR was received and was not able to get thru CIC telephone lines..............so didn't knew where my file was............till teh day i got my SLU i.e on 20 April..........I just guessed that my VO will be WARSAW as during that time only WARSAW was updating the second line............SO have patience...............as per my observation your file is transferred to WARSAW Poland..........as u have received second line update on 20 April .....coz niether colombo nor new delhi had issued ant SLU during that time.

I am also from CHANDIGARH.......

no its clearly mentioned in your cofirmation e-mail....that the payers name will appear..dont care just enjoy and fill in ur details....

My consultant made my RPRF payment through a Demand Draft (Canadian High Commission, payable at New Delhi).
But I am not sure about the DD payment as the documents are being sent to Warsaw office so can the Demand Draft be payable at New Delhi?

Request for documents: 16th April, 2015
Scanned copy of all pages of passport, Police Certificate and Right of Permanent Residence Fee
I have mailed them the documents and PCC through courier on 15th May, 2015 but received PCC on 14th May and deadline was 16th May as per their mail. My documents will reach by 18th or 19th. Do I need to ask for some extension.
Also I have paid a fee of 59298 INR ($490 per person)x2 while I submitted the application through CC and it was deducted on 6th jan 2015. Is RPRF the same thing or I need t pay more? Please guide me with the process.

They have not asked me to submit any documents. Just got a mail asking to appear for medicals and make payment for RPRF

When I have to make the payment (after medical)and docs that need to send to WVO.

First of all, as you have send the docs already but it will reach post last day, Send the email as soon as possible. Give details of Courier as well so that they don't reject it your app. You dont need an additional extension so just mention that its delayed by two days and request to consider it.

You would have paid 550X2, at the time of application, RPRF is different you need to pay 490 USD per person, Do it now. From CIC site you can pay online. Pay it , you will get a receipt on your mail, add your details, scan it and send it to WVO before monday.

You can pay RPRF after or before medical, you need to send the RPRF receipt and your hospital will you give you additional paper to send to WVO. Send both of them to WVO.

Regarding Medical Test, I want to ask people (seniors) who have already gone through it.

1. Does test follow any particular sequence ?
2. How much time is taken for a person ?
3. In case the center is e-medical enabled , do they take picture there only?
