Physical examination - for all

Urine examination - 5years & Above

X-Ray - 11 years & Above

Blood Pressure & Blood Investigations (HIV, TB etc.,)- 15years & Above

Dear mmvp,
Thank you. Yes I paid through a cc online. Once the receipt prints out, take a copy and fill your details (primary applicant) and courier it with the other requested hard copies to WVO.

An urgent question.

My consultant sent me three emails with medical forms attached for each family member, shall I expect another email too in which CIC mention what else they expect like PCC, Fees etc?

My timelines are on the left.

I have a query............ they have asked to submit PCC for me and my wife. I had already submitted my wife's PCC ( dated Sep 2014) along with the application. I had applied for my PCC and have received the same in Dec 2014. Now,

i) shd my wife apply for a new pcc......... or submit another copy of the old one as PCC is valid for 1 year.
ii) shd i apply again for a pcc????????????
