Naveed,

Here is a link from one of the regulars in this Forum who goes by "Cappucino".
http://get2canada.wordpress.com/the-process/

He has laid out a step by step process in his blog as per his and other members' experience.

You can also check CIC's official web site. They also have step by step processes.

Hope this helps

Hi. Please note that much of the information on that blog derives from the July 2010/July 2011 process.
The process and criteria is changing significantly for 2013, so it's important to take the information there on face value as "old" info.

Once everything is confirmed for May 2013 I may get round to amending the info on there.

With regards to the OP, I believe a minimum score of 6.0 is required for IELTS in each category, so a band overall score of 6.0 is not sufficient. Therefore I believe the OP will not be eligible for FSWP in May without re-taking IELTS and improving the Reading score. Perhaps others can confirm?

Wayne.

Thanks for the clarification Wayne.
I knew that your sites process was the old one and should have mentioned however, i thought people would figure it out since 2013 IS going to be different as CIC is implementing new guidelines for FSW.

Anywho, i got a lot of information and guidance from your site and I am pretty sure it will help guide others or at least enlighten some of the processes in the language that everybody can understand. CIC's instructions are sometimes so vague and I feel like its left for interpretation.

Keep it up.

No worries. Some of the process will still be the same even under the new rules and some of the information still useful.

However it's just a question of taking the time to sift through what's still relevant and what's not.
