FSWP Programe Extended till 30th April 2015 instead 31st December 2014?????????

Tell you what, anything can change at anytime. The same authorities that develop programs and set rules can modify as well. It is best to apply before December, 2014. That is a safer bet. Possible senarios

FSWP may run under current rules as well as under EE as well till 30th April 2015

FSWP will only run under rules of EE from Jan 2015

EE may even get postponed to allow for better preparation....... say EE to start in June, 2015 (Why not?)

The permutations are numerous.

Apply today if you can under what is available today!

As per the new Ministerial Rule issued on Dec 1st, 2014, FSWP 2014 will end intake on 31st December, 2014. Effective 1st January, 2015 all Intake will be through Express Entry. This is my understanding as per the CIC website. I really hope I am wrong as I wish to apply under the old system. If anyone has any other input please post on the forum.

Can you give the reference to that Ministerial Rule? I am still really confused about the deadline of the old system?! I checked and "Operational bulletin 572" is still there on the webpage of CIC, not changed or outdated... Any ideas?
