Hi All,
Hope everyone is doing good.
How realistic it is to get a job offer in IT from Canada firm. Is it worth the effort ?
Someone told me they rarely show interest in foreign applicants.

It is tough as is to get a IT job when you are in-land. Getting an offer from a canadian firm while you are in a different country is not a realistic option.
Instead, I would look into joining a MNC in your own country and then coming to Canada as an intra-company transferee. If you come to Canada as an Intra-company transferee, you are immediately eligible to apply under FSWP-Arranged Employment Offer category and the processing time is 15 -18 months as of now.
