FSWP application file submission_India

Hi

I am applying for FSWP from India. I wanted to know can I submit my application to New Delhi office (In person or through post) or is it necessary to post to:

Centralized Intake Office – Federal Skilled Worker (FSW)
P.O. BOX 7500
Sydney, NS B1P 0A9
Canada

No - you can't submit the application to ND. It must be sent to Sydney, NS.

I have submitted my FSWP 2014 application on 07.05.2014 under NOC 1112 at CIC, Canada.But till date no message is received regarding the same. Today morning i show there is 43 completed application under noc 1112 and total 157 received by CIC. Do i have chance of making into 1000?
