I got my MR request today.. along with requests for police certs and also US FBI clearance as my spouse was studying in the US earlier. Has anybody requested an US FBI Clearance before?

yes indeed. It is good news. However it's not likely I can get the fbi clearance on time within 30 days. Will ask for extension and do what I can first.

If anybody needs to get fbi clearance cos they have been in Us more than 6 months, suggest u do it early.

My 2nd line has been updated yesterday. Its the same case, 7 days before I received PER.
Is there some mistake? What do you think?

Can you please tell us, when your 2nd line was updated? & when did you receive your MR?

In 2nd line, some applicants have got processing date before PER date.
And we some applicants have got processing date before AOR date.

Why ? What's the Difference? Any idea?

Got the second line update yesterday like many other applicants (processing started before AOR date), but not sure whether this is a sign of something good like previous ecas system :-\
