Yes I'm a Pakistani citizen and have been living in Bangkok. The visa office responsible for processing the applications from Thailand is SGVO but my application was transferred to MVO later on.

In your case was there any site visit or any other background check? Did they ask for any additional doc?

As per my knowledge there was no site visit or background verification. No additional documents were requested, as I had submitted PCC along with my application.

Just raise a CSE asking about your current VO.

Getting no update of NOC-2133, neither from global spreadsheet nor from this site. Don't know whether SGVO & MVO has stopped processing those files or something else.

I think NOC 2133 is a very slow NOC. Seen very few people with any update. By the way Have you raised GCMS??

Allah knows better when MVO will start processing our file? Are they doing parallely like other VO or start processing once finished their regional file. One thing is bit cleared that they already started processing (send MR ) other nationalities files Which was also transferred from SGVO . But when will start our one

Did you raise CSE? If not - raise CSE. If your file in Manila, your will get reply from MANILA. If haven't got any reply then you can assume that file is belong to SGVO.
