No idea. May be transferred files will be processed later after they finish the regular ones.

It has been 6 months since I received AOR. After that no updates yet. Really tensed.

Don't know based on which criteria they are processing the files. NOC-wise, case by case, Application received date or any other.

I too have the same case. SGVO has transferred my file to Manilla office. I discovered this after I wrote an email to SGVO asking them when can I submit the PCC? It is really strange that they do not have any procedure to keep us informed about this, or else I could have selected my home country India.
Does anybody know what is the status of applicant that at Manilla office ? Till which date they have completed the applications ?

My file has also been transferred to MVO. I have raised cse to SVO but received no response.theni i raised another cse to mvo and received an email confirming that mine is under their review and ask me to be patient. 6 months from AOR and no move for mine.

Separately, i noted that vannghia184 whose file was submitted to CIO on 4 Jul and also transferred to MVO has currently been at final stage. He submitted his pp to MVO about 1 week ago.

Don't know why they are transferring application from SGVO to Manila. Manila used to be one the fastest VO, but nowadays it is really slow. My PER was on 10th Jan, still waiting for MR.
Nowaday, NDVO seems fastest one.

Thank you for creating this thread. My application too was transferred from SGVO to MVO.

Received a response from MVO on 21st April, 2015 stating that the application was transferred to MVO for further processing.

Raised GCMS Notes with CaipsNotes.com on 15th June, 2015.

hello! how would you know if they transfer the file to manila VO?

In my case I have written the followings

"I am raising this CSE to know which visa office is currently processing my file? If I want to inform any important change which visa office I should contact? "

That's all you need to write.

I raised CSE to SGVO & they forwarded this query to MANILA VO. After 7day Manila VO replied stating that I have to contact Manila VO in case of emergency.

Received today my GCMS notes, ( within 28 days... not bad

Eligibility: Not started
Security: Not started
Criminality: Not Started
Medical: Not Started

That means Manila visa office still keep untouched my file ..... and don't know when they will start processing our file... feeling helpless...

It seems that our files have been transferred recently & they have not yet started processing our files. If anyone else raised GCMS whose file has been transferred to MANILA VO please share your status. This will be very helpful to get an idea what MVO is doing.

I have raise CSE to both SGVO & MVO.
Received reply from MVO saying that my application is still in progress.

So, it seems my file has been transferred to Manila VO.
Am i correct?
