HELLO TO ALL! Hope someone could help me.. I already have my copr and visa and along with got a medical surveillance undertaking sheet, my problem is... Since i used a representative to assist me with the whole application process (Campbell Cohen), i got an issue of finding out just recently that in Part 7 of the med surveillance sheet the address written is Campbell Cohen Law firm's address in Montreal Quebec, and now that our contract has ended unfortunately they cannot advise me on what to do with this. I intend to land and settle in toronto ontario this coming january2016, what should i do with the address and how should i do it. Thanks so much forumates and hope someone could help and advise me with this. Thanks again! Godbless us All.

Congratulations! We have the same NOC. May I just ask if how did you send your passport? I mean did you send it in 1 parcel for the whole family or did you send it one by one? I am just confused why my consultant asked me that they will send our passport separately. Please advice. Thanks

Regarding your concern, I think I am not the right person to answer your application since single applicant lang ako. But, based on the email sent by CEM, this is their instruction (extracted from the letter I received):

"1. The original passports for yourself and every family member who will accompany you to Canada. See Important Notes about Passports and Visa Validity in the following pages for more information."

"ALL documents listed above must be submitted together thru a Visa Application Centre (VAC) in your country. For more information, visit https://www.vfsglobal.ca/Canada/Index.html."

No option that I can send it through courier. I just followed what is written and that is to send all the documents via VAC. Did you have the copy of the passport request letter? Better to call VAC if one of the option is to send it through them.

I am not aware with the procedure for principal applicant and his dependent. Before I send my passport, I called VAC for questions. Mabait naman yung agent na nakausap ko and I am sure they can help you to answer your queries. For my case, I paid 854 php which includes the following services:

1. Transport of all my documents to CEM.
2. Email and sms notification (optional) for the status
3. Door to door delivery of my passport, COPR and other documents from VAC to house. You have the option to pick up your passport to VAC during working days from 3-4 pm only instead of availing the door to door delivery. Less 200 php (estimation) from 854 php payment.

I did not use bank draft, instead paid the RPRF through online using the procedure below:

"Fees may also be paid online at https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en
Upon successful completion of your online payment, a PDF receipt will be sent to the email address provided during the online payment registration process. Please retain a copy of the receipt and forward the receipt to MANILIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca"

Your RPRF via bank draft should be sent directly to the CEM.
