I have applied from Japan and Manila VO is handling the file. Recently I got PPR. I am wondering how to send passport to manila from Japan. Is it safe to send it by DHL or any other courier service. Is it not against any rule/law to send passport from one to another country? Need some advice.

Hindi po sila mgeemail. Ipapadala ng CEM pabalik sayo ang passport via courier.
Hindi mo na kailangan i-pick up.

you have 2 options to send your passport

1. via courier (dhl, fedex)
2. via vfs (check vfs office in your country)

It depends on your nationality for the rule/law of passport.

Yes, you need to submit your available documents since meron timeline of within 30days.
the important factor is to mention what have you done on your pending documents and mention the possible timeline in getting it (and syempre mag lagay ka allowance in the timeline > that's what i did)

mass mabilis naman ata kumuha ng PCC sa Qatar and Singapore. unlike sa Saudi na it took sometime to get it.
buti na lang is andun pa yung kakilala ko before, since about 8years had passed na.

but god is good and was able to get it and we were able to get our PPR then VISA.

Wow congrats sa inyo lexy0319! hopefully kami din soon... Mahirap din kumuha ng Qatar PCC it takes 2-3 months processing through Qatar Embassy Singapore. Nagprocess na ako through embassy but nag ask din ako sa friend ko in Qatar to process in behalf of me pra which ever of the 2 procedures ang mauna. Tapos na rin kami ng medical and RPRF payment sana wag na tumagal ang PPR.

Regarding dun sa format ng reply letter to CEM, kailangan ba nakaindicate talaga yung term na "appendix"? Thanks!

Hi,

From the recent trend, most applicants who completed medicals did not got the ECAS update of "Medicals Received". However, they got the PPR email. So, your next in line to received the PPR. Should be within a month's time from medicals submission.

is it automatic that if you already received your medical request (and subsequently completed it) that no interview will follow and what we are waiting if the PPR ? interviews give me jitters ???

Hi,

That is usually the case. It is rare that Visa Office calls for an interview after the medicals has been done. But i knew of 1 applicant had undergone this and it was successful. Now she is already in Canada. The possibility is there, but the percentage of it happening is low.

Ask ko lang. Are you a May 2014 applicant and you got your MR last August 2015? Kasi, my application was received on Sept. 18, 2014, PER on Jan. 05, 2015. I had my SLU on Aug 26, 2015, "We started processing your application on Feb 05, 2015." Today when I checked via ECAS, SLU says "We started processing your application on Dec. 18, 2014."

My application will reach the 13th month processing time on Oct. 18, 2015. I already made a case specific enquiry last Sept. 24, 2015. I received an auto reply email, but the real email, wala pa rin up to now.

Can you share your experience? Ganun ba talaga katagal?

Thank you po sa pag answer ng query. Ngayong araw check ko po, and DM na po kami. Nung pinadala po namin ang passport namin sa CEM, isang airway bill lang po (yung oapunta lang ng CEM dahil hindi na daw ngpo provide ng 2 airway bill ang fedex pag papuntang CEM). Ibig pong sabihin, CEM na po ang bahalang tatawag sa dhl para ipadala pabalik dito ang passport namin? is there a way para malaman kung naipadala na pabalik dito ang passport namin sa Qatar? Thank you so much in advance sa mga sasagot.

Me and my Family did our medicals on 3rd September and RPRF paid on 6th september. I have send my sons new passport copy along with the letter for the change of passport to immigration office, Manila which reached them on 28th September.

Still no news about passport request ?

Anyone during that period (who have done their medicals) has got the update of PPR request. Is change of passport for my son causing any delays ? Can anyone tell me ?
