Greetings to everyone! Hi silent reader here. Tanong lang po ako. Ano po b masusunod n expiration ng pagpunta s Canada expiration ng Medical or Visa? Kc our visa will expire on April 2015 but we had our medical last March 2014. So our medical will expire on March 2015. Ok lang b umalis ng April kahit expired n Medical or not? Thanks in advance.

As far as i know. Kung anung nkalagay na validity date on your visa which is stamped on your passport. That will be you expiration date.

Kindly clarify po, is it you mean expiry will be on April 2016? Since April 2015 has already passed. Today is Sept 2015. Then you had your medicals last March 2015? Instead of March 2014 last year..

If so, you need to follow the date of expiry on the Visa stamped on your passport. Lets say, April 5, 2016. You should land in CA on or before April 5, 2016. But much better earlier than this date.

congrats po pinoysg2010! nauna po pla ang DM nyo before PPR ako kasi wla pa DM sa ecas. anyways, pano po nklgay sainyo na 'not guaranteed visa will be issued'? iba pa po b un sa "Your visa/s is/are ready to be issued, conditional to a final admissibility review by an immigration office"? diba po un ung pgdting sa point of entry sa canada na kkausapin tyo ng immgration officer?

Oo nag DM nung 26Aug pero hangang medical received lang ung sa lines. Ang nakalagy sa letter ay "Before a PR visa can be issued to you... pls submit the following: passport for u & dependents ".. tapos me nakalagay na
"note: this is not a guarantee that a pr visa will be issued to you... upon receipt of the reqd docs, a final review will be made to determine eligibility reqments & u are not inadmissble to canada" pero ang subject ng email ay "Ready for Visa". Bka standard reply nila un na unless maissue nila ang visa eh d pa 100% guaranteed..

Iba2 ata mga vo eh kasi parang sa mvo eh nauuna ng ppr then dm,dto sa sgvo ung iba nauuna naman ang dm bago ppr...

Yes, the visa validity indicated on your visa is the official expiry date. It is also indicated in your COPR. From what you are saying that you have done your medicals last March, but it was only received by CIC on April, hence, your validity date.

Furthermore, you can check your COPR. Your medical date validity is also indicated there.

So, should be safe to land in April as long as before the 13th.

PPR received today! praise God! 11 mos aftr app received by CIC & 2 wks aftr DM. Goodluck sa lahat ng nag aantay pa. although nakalgay pala sa email namin 'not guaranteed visa will be issued' not sure why .. pero hopefully ok na lahat
