Thanks ha. nakakapag worry kasi, parang ang tagal.....

Lahat tayo dumadaan sa ganyang feeling. But without you knowing it, your MR o kahit anong correspondence ng CEM, dadating at dadating din sa atin. If you were able to observe, may iba dito sa forum more than a year hinintay 'yong MR-stage update, pero tingnan mo, natatapos rin sila. Kaya have faith lang, na hindi man ngayon, pero bukas may update na tayo. After MR, ano na naman, problema na naman kung kailan ang PPR, di ba? There's always a never-ending need to be patient talaga. This agonizing patience always pays off- and eventually, God will give us that colossal dream to be a reality.

Hi. We have exactly the same ecas updates. Same here also waiting for PPR. Tingin ko rin mauuna PPR natin before "medicals have been received" sa ECAS ;D ;D ;D

me too. Got ppr august 17,2015 and in process changed to DM yesterday sept5,2015. However theres still no "medical results have been received" update on my ecas. Haiζ hopefully ganito lng tlga ngaun new format or nkaligtaan lng iupdate n medicals received. Done with furtherance tests ako july 22,2015 pa eh. Kaya khit ppr na prang my kaba konti kc wala medicals received heheh. Anyways baka nga hnd lng nailagay hehe. Pray pray tlga n sana mtpos n tlga lahat with a positive outcome. Godbless s atin!

Don't worry, surefire visa na yan. I'm not even sure if "medical results have been received" will still appear in our ecas.
There's no other reason for cem to ask for your passport but to stamp it with your visa. ;) ;) ;)

May tanong lang po ako..pag nag-email ka po sa CEM for additional family member (my wife gave birth recently), gaano katagal mag response ang CEM? Katatapos lang ng MR namin eh.

I have almost same timeline with you! Hopefully we can get MR very soon.

We received your application for permanent residence on December 17, 2014.
We started processing your application on March 20, 2015.
We transferred your application to the Manila office on March 4, 2015. The Manila office may contact you.

I'm a Korean so I cannot understand most of posts in this thread but it is only one active thread for MVO. Please share with us when you receive the MR!

I will keep you updated as soon as I get a my MR.

Hello po,

Ask ko lang po. Pwede po ba na US dollar ang currency ng demand draft na dadalhin sa Canada? And for principal applicants, is it required to bring the whole amount declared in the application?

Thank you po and God bless :)

Hindi nagreply ang CEM sa request for extension namin. Basta dumating na lang ang PPR at kahapon ay dumating na rin ang PP with visa.Maiintindihan naman ng CEM kung bakit hindi mo agad maipapasa. Good luck sa atin :)

Baka ganun din nga ang mangyari sakin wait and see na lang. baka busy na rin sila para magreply ( as long as valid naman reason ko kung bakit pwedeng ma delay yung pagsubmit ko ng PCC) kasi parang kailangan na nilang matapos mga 2014 applicants.

Thanks sa info ulit and Congrats din pala!

hi po. just want to share my experience since iv had my medicals at SLEC BGC. to begin with, yes, no reservation is needed, just be there as early as possible pra matapos kayo agad. we went there at around 7am onti plang ung tao.

anyways, pra less hassle din sa pagfill up ng forms, i registered online, you can check sa website ng slec bgc under medical exam in Canada tapos print nyo nlang pra ipresent sa guard on the 10th floor sa Medical arts building. ung medicals nila consists of cbc, urinalysis, chest xray, eye exam, blood pressure and physica exam. im not sure if they allow CC payment (parang nabasa ko somewhere in this forum na cash payment lang) thats why we paid them thru cash.. i think we finished at around 9:30 am but we were asked to return at around 1:30 pm for the vaccine daw and result ng chest xray..

isa pang advice ko, if possible, bring ur baby book or list of vaccination records lalo na if nkpgMMR vaccine n kyo before pra less gastos pra ndi n kyao mgMMR doon.. for girls kasi, pag ipapaMMR nila kayo, ipapapregnancy test din kyo.. sakin kasi no need for PT and MMR kasi i brought my baby book with me. my husband, on the other hand, had to undergo MMR and additional tests such as hepa B and C since he had an ear piercing.

sa physical exam din, u will be required to undress including under garments pero no touching of private parts naman. chca be honest lang with ur physician.. declare all ur past medical history pra smooth lang ang pgprocess.

ayun, actually for me, ndi hassle sa slec bgc kasi onti lng tao lalo na pag maaga ka. if ur going to bring car, prepare nlng sa parking kasi mejo masakit sa bulsa hahaha. dont forget to ask for an info sheet s nurse na iemail sainyo once naiforward na ang results ng medical exm pra may proof kayo when nila nsubmit as well as ncomplete ang mga tests for medicals.

ayun, good luck on your medicals po!

Thanks for the reply jewel_rici!
May I ask ano ung MMR vaccine? hindi paba included yon sa medical fee? how much? Did you provide a xerox copy of the baby book? Sorry ha daming tanong. We are planning to have our medical this week kasi. Thanks in advance.

Hello guys!To those who have visa already, may I ask if the visa has a photograph of you?Kasi wala sa akin and normally mga visa meron na man diba?Like sa US visa ng sis ko meron na man.Minor inquiry lang na man. Salamat :D

Hi,

For the Visa stamp on your passport. there will be no photo of you on it. While there will also be 2 copies each per applicant of the COPR paper (Confirmation of PR); 1 copy will have your photo attached (the pp size photo you submitted together with your pp to cem), another copy don't. These 2 documents (Visa & COPR) will be presented to the immigration officer upon your initial entry to CA.

Hope it helps.. ;)

Yes, either US or CAD currency on your DD will be advisable. And also yes, if the principal applicant wish to land 1st or together with the dependents. Whole amount required is highly recommended to bring, in either all cash or mixed with DD.

Some were not asked for their funds to be counted while others were during initial entry. So it's the officers decision. Para safe na rin and a peace of mind. Should be declared as well since funds will be more than $10k.

Hope it helps.. ;)
