One of the additional requirements asked by CEM is my NBI Clearance with "incorrent middle name". (For example, In my birth certificate, my middle name was JUAM. This was corrected and an amendment was placed on the bottom portion of my birth certificate that JUAM has been corrected to JUAN.)

So when I first received the request for additional documents together with our MR, I submitted my NBI Clearance with JUAN as my middle name and attached an affidavit saying that my middle name was corrected from JUAM to JUAN. I even attached original copies of birth certificates (mine and my mom). So I sent all the documents last June 18.

To my surprise,..after 10days, I received a letter from CEM following up on my NBI clearance still with the "incorrect middle name" which is JUAM. I was so confused and immediately went to NBI and asked for help. It was then explained to me and I was able to get a certificate with my "incorrect middle name JUAM" on it, and my correct middle name JUAN was placed on the AKA portion. I immediately sent the document to CEM via Air21 courier services. As per shipments tracking, the document was received by Ric Beronia last July 2.

Again to my surprise, just today... I received another email from CEM following up on my NBI clearance with my "incorrect middle name" which is JUAM. I was given until July 30 to submit the document and for the interim, our application is on hold. Now I'm confused. Does this mean, the document I sent last July 2 is still not correct?

Seniors, pleas help po.. I want to hear your opinions. Naguguluhan na po ako eh.

Guys, really happy to announce.... Passports with Visa on hand! Graduate na ako with my family!!!

Application Timeline below signature..

Actually, i was about to post today na nag DM na ako last Saturday lang, with our PP's received by CEM last Monday (July 6).

To my surprise, received a package via DHL early this morning, dito sa office ko kasi nilagay ang return address in Singapore (i think it would be preferable since weekdays ang balik ng PP at usually walang tao sa bahay). Di namin masyadong na miss c passports, dahil bumalik sya agad..ehehhe ;D

Thank you so much to Our Lord who made each and every step in this journey Possible! God is Good all the time!!!

As we continue to pray for another journey in landing and settling in our Dream Land. May God bless us continuously.

In His perfect time! ;)

Hi iankay07,

You have to submit 2 PCC's - (1) name bearing the correct one and (2) the other name with the incorrect one. MVO is very keen on those names making sure that both names are clear.

Whether the other name is incorrect doesn't matter, just as long as you follow as instructed.

I hope I am clear.

And those who are waiting for slu's, MR's, tlu's ay dumating na din.

Oh God, please hear our prayers. Let our prayers be Your word.

In Jesus' name.

Amen.

Hello admin:

Medical Received kami since June 16, 2015. Status naming still the same to today.

My wife is pregnant around 3 months last July 7 and alam ni IOM Medical yun.

Will that affect our PPR sched assuming that everything is alright? And ok pa ba yung days naming considering that we yung 3 friends/cases na encountered namin is it took them less than a month to get the PPR status?

May reason ba na ma-worry kami based on the latest timlines?

Thank you po.

I think logic here is that you do not have criminal records using your correct and incorrect middle name.
