Tanong ko lang po ulit kung sino yung nag-iinvite ng meet-up sa SG applicants ... sensya na at di ko nakasagot agad.
I'll check the forum again on Monday.

Ble we use VFS service sila ung ngforward ng passports namin then they will notify us when ready for collection sa office nila.
Risky kung deliver sa house minsan walang tao and may chance na mawala or madeliver sa iba (It happens to me by experience)

To those who are Manila-based and happened to be here in Manila on July 5 at 3 pm, tuloy po ang ating 1st kapehan para sa ating 1st meeting at bonding in Glorietta new wing sa Coffee Bean. We are inviting everyone to attend and join us here. Please don't wait for your updates to come before you join our 1st meet up. This will give us more fire, the challenge and learnings of waiting of our greatest desire - the Visa & Landing.

I would like to tell the very good news we had been also waiting for. We received the Golden PPR last night to my greatest delight. I am so excited and still on cloud 9!

Please be informed also of the Travel Expo happening today until July 5 in SMX MOA, which is held only once a year. Promos on flights of different airlines are offered here. Don't miss it if you you have the PPR already, friends!

I would like to thank you all for the help, prayers, assistance you are extending to all, the patience & compassion, listening even to our emotional posts you had given in any way to everyone.

Mga kbayans who are really keen to move to Canada,if you have nothing to leave in the philippines then canada is your perfect option but if you have a better job you bette to think twice. I've landed 5 months ago then I am now leaving canada as canada is not for us...but its all different circumstances. I am not discouraging anyone but just relating personal experience. If you have canadian work experience then you "may" possibly find a job here otherwise it will be tough. Good luck to all..

Hi I'm surprised to hear it from a kababayan...because I know pinoys are born to be a fighter and wont easily give up. For my own opinion, 5 mos is not enough to conclude that Canada is not for you...Anyways, I know you have your own reasons...And I think you really had a great life prior to Canada....

Btw, can you share what made you decide to leave Canada?

Yes, kinakabahan ka ng sobra kasi you know very well that anytime soon your PP's are stamped with your desired Visas. Alam mo na ba pano ang reaction at immediate response mo if suddenly andyan na sa front mo mga PP's nyo with visas?

I can imagine, kasi eto pa lang PPR na receive namin, I acted natural and wasn't ecstatic at all but I couldn't think well. I didn't understand what the letter was saying. So I asked hubby, "What is this all about?" I was saying and asking some things, then hubby said, "Magbasa ka naman..."

"What? Are those in the letter?" Sabi ko na lang, " Sorry naman, excited lang po. Can't absorb anything yet. Bukas na lang." Basta alam ko PPR na yan!

Kasi naman, the email/letter was long, all the more it was so difficult for me to absorb what the letter says. OMG!!! So dumb!!!

I agree, Tryke! It should rain MR's, MR recvd, PPR's, DM's & Visas today!!! Para lahat na tayo magkaroon na ang updates!

We sent passports thru 2GO. CEM sent back passports to DHL. DHL called us to pick up passport at their office.
