yes that was I read in the website but I ask my husband ( sya yong may saudi exp) to go to Cebu BI and they issue parang certificate and it cost P1,105.
Just ask your local BI baka pwde cla nalang.. yon lang hindi complete may departure arrival cya na wala sa record nila.. so I would make a letter hoping matanggap ng CEM.
It took us 4 days to get the certificate kasi pa balik balik..

Hi Zab_mama, is it true na sa BI Head office lang pwede ma process and #4? or pwede sa Sattelite offices nila?

I've sent email request to CEM for possibility to send our passport here in SG and they replied with positive response
Nag bigay sila ng another instruction on how to send passport in SG (VFS)
Plan to send our passport next month kasi uwi kmi ng pinas this week (Nakabili n kasi ng ticket) by mid June n kmi mgpasa..

U can send case inquiry via email to MANILIMMIGRATION @ international.gc.ca if CEM VO mo if not pls check in CIC website.

Mas mapapanatag ka pag aware k ano n status ng application mo. Mas okay and mabilis sila mgrespond if u can get ur consultants to write an email to them. At the same time mg send k n rin pero baka natabunan lang papers mo.

Actually ang timeline from date filed to PER dapat 1-5months lng

okay po thank you sa sagot nyo po.. ginawa ko na po mgemail jan po pero sinabi lang na dapat dun po ako mgfollow up sa CIO kasi dun daw po ako ngsubmit ng aking application.. anyway i will try to write dun sa specific inquiry after 6 months.. thank you.....

hi zygma. ano po NOC code nyo and when nyo po sinubmit ung application? have you checked na with your consultant (CIC) kung may email/update na regarding your application, or nacharge/encash na po ba ung CC/bank draft ninyo? if its taking longer than usual, u can send a case specific enquiry from the link below.

hello po, Dec. 15, 2014 pa po na received ang application ko NOC1111, sabi ng agency ko wala pa po silang natatangap na PER for me.. i check ko nalang ang bank draft ko po if npa encash na.. Thank you....
