yup, sa may Outram park lang po pwede (not sure kung pati sa PR, di po kasi kami PR). kapag nagrequest ka bibigyan ka naman ng date for collection. if ever na lagpas sa deadline mo sa CIC, baka pwede naman ipaexpedite. but usually, 2-3 weeks lang talaga yan.

Hi Seniors!

I am a 17 Dec applicant and my CC was charged on 9th Feb. Yesterday i called CIC and got my UCI no.(8 digit number starting with 9)
Now when I am checking my eCAS it is showing either your file is not processed yet or you have entered wrong details..
but I have entered every field right but still eCAS seems to be inactive!

My Question to you guys is:-
1) Does eCAS gets active along with charging or it takes some time after charging to get active?
2) Has any one experienced this problem initially and then his/her eCAS became active after some time?

How did you get thru with CIC's customer service, we've tried about 5 times already but as per them they do not provide UCI number. Please share on how did you get your UCI number.

Nakakatuwa naman at marami na may MR at may mga visa na dumadating. Sana dumating na din MR namin. Exactly 30 days of waiting since 15 Jan 2015 (second line update: started processing). Meron ba same case for NOC 2132 (mali pala hindi 2131).

Congrats sa lahat... At sa atin na waiting...let's keep the Faith.

Gusto ko lng po tlga mgpasalamat sa ka-forum ntn na si SGMLA-CANApp for sending me a privare message regarding po sa pagkuha ng nbi clearance kht nsa abroad c hubby. D po kc ngrereply ang embassy. As soon as mabasa ko ang message mo with the contact # of ms sandra ng nbi e dali dali akong ngpnta sa nbi taft. Mabuti na lng at 10mins away from home. In 30 mins or less ay nkpgrequest po ako at for pickup next week. No need for hubby to go to the embassy for fingerprinting. Mas tipid pa kc no need ipa mail sa pinas thru courier,115 lng ang nagastos ko. Sa mga same case po skin na CEM din nmn ang mgprocess ng app nyo,just go to 3f nbi taft and go to ms sandra sobida sa mailed clearance section. Bring nbi copy,2x2 pic,passport copy,valid id at 115 pesos.

Hello po,

I recently received my GCMS notes. Normal po na ang Due Date ng medical is a year after your PER is issued? Or is it the maximum time frame? Below is my timeline:

App received: 07/28/2014
NOC: 0112
CC Charged: 11/12/2014
PER: 11/19/2014

Medical Due date as per GCMS: 11/19/2015

Na-notice ko din po na nagbago ang processing time sa CIC website, ang dating 20 months naging 16 months. Which should be the 16th month after my application was received, kung pagbabasehan ang timeline. I hope I am wrong, at mas mabilis pa sa rito and actual na MR. Was also hoping to see updates sa GCMS pero puro not started pa ang background check. Sana dumating na ang MR ng lahat ng naghihintay.

Sorry to hear about your apps treated to be incomplete. Usually, if sa initial assessment of completeness-check pa lang, dpat di na nakalusot ang apps mu so meaning di na dpat na charged. If na charged naman, either PER or NER na mattangap mu at pagkkaalam ko, if NER.. di na ibbalik physical file mu n no refund will be given.

If as you said that reason is incomplete. You can email them to have the embassy fee refunded to you.

Wala ako nareceived na NER email. Hindi ko pa malalaman na returned na yung application ko kung hindi pa ako nag email sa CIC (they responded after 2 months pa)

usually kapag incomplete hindi nila chinacharge. hindi nman nila ako chinarge nung incomplete yung application ko nung una july applicant got my package back january.

Pwedeng nagkamali sila at yung unang check ng officer ay complete ka tapos charging na. After charging, checking na ng 2nd officer for per issuance at nakitang may kulang na docs. Pwede ka humingi ng refund sa kanila at sila naman ang may mali.

Nagtaka nga rin ako kung bakit nacharged ako pero incomplete naman pala. No idea kung ano yung document na nagkulang ako, sa checklist ko naman sigurado ako na kumpleto ko lahat ng documents.

Ill visit the post office to check kung nandun na yung returned application, dun ko malalaman kung ano ang kulang ko.
