Good morning.
Magtatanong lang ako sa mga nasa PPR stage na or yung mga naibalik na passport nila.
Kasi nakalagay sa email nila na "Courier collect". Paano po ba ito?
Tumawag kasi ako sa DHL and ask ko kung paano ba yung courier collect na procedure. Ang sabi poh nila e pag ok na daw documents e ako mismo ang tatawag sa DHL para inform them for the pick up nang documents.
Any idea poh kung inform ba nang CEM kung for collection na documents?

pag DHL collect po ay e deliver parin po yan sa address na naka indicate sa Appendix A po ninyo, but you have to pay the courier charge po, in my experience it would only cost less than 100 pag from CEM to any province .

CEM will ask the courier to deliver it to the address the you will indicate in the form. If you are guessing that your passports might be on its way back to you (say, a week or two after DM), you should call the local partner of DHL which is WWW Express. Ask them if there is an upcoming delivery for you from CEM.

Thank you for the information. Ang di ko lang maintindihan e ako ba ang kailangan na tumawag sa DHL para sabihin na may documents na ipapadala sa akin from CEM and this will be charge sa akin? Or bahala na ang CEM and sasabihan lang nila sa DHL na courier collect sya?

Question lng po, ung address nyo po ba stated sa e-CAS corresponds sa address ng VO san ipaprocess ang application nyo? or not necessarily? I haven't received PER yet pro nakikita ko na status sa e-CAS since meron ako UCI from my previous application.

CEM will not inform you that your passport was already sent through dhl courier, no need to call dhl since they will deliver the package as soon as nasa kanila na, just make sure na merong tao sa address na naka declare po at prepare nalang sa payment .

Hi vlan2015, you mention kasi na nakikita mo status sa ECAS naging curious lang kasi we have the same timeline halos and the same noc. Ano nakikita mo sa ECAS if you don't mind at this stage na wala pa tau PER
