question po uli...

got from the CIC website...
Update: the chart below now includes additional information about:
the number of applications we have counted into the cap, AND
those applications that we have confirmed are complete, and are pending a review of whether they meet the criteria to be processed under the MI.

@ ghost88 by the CIC statements, does the date CC charged and Pending applications have direct correlations? Kabado lang... in denial.. hehehe

pero hopeful pa din....

sana kasi sinabi nila kung kelan ang last na completeness check nila...

and yes... PRAY pa din :)

So the number under "Pending" are the applications which are "charged waiting for PER" or "deemed complete & to be charged", or in some cases both of the two?

Sana ang pending means "deemed complete & to be charged".

For December Applicants

16109/25000 total applications until mid october (as per spreadsheet charging)

16109/6 (may - october) = 2685 applications per month

16109 + (2685 x 2 nov & dec) = 21479 application

december applicants should be safe for the TOTAL cap of 25000

well in my point of view, not quite sure, base lang sa forum... may mga NOC na cap reached na pero some of them got cc charged who happened na wala pang PER's... so that's my guess. pending are those who have cc charged but doesn't have PER yet.

for that assumption to be deemed plausible, we must know who's the lucky one who's CC got charged last...

Footnotes
Footnote 1
The number of complete federal skilled worker applications received since May 4, 2014 is an estimate.
Footnote 2
We have received more than 1000 complete applications in this subcategory.

We can check the global spreadsheet for the date.

@ghost88 parehas tayo ng opinion
pending are those who have cc charged but doesn't have PER yet.

Hi lordhades,

In my point of view, as stated:
•the number of applications we have counted into the cap - this are the application that they are considering who are inside the capped NOC before it was capped and was charged and to be charged.
•those applications that we have confirmed are complete, and are pending a review of whether they meet the criteria to be processed under the MI. - this are the application with PER's already.

This is just my poit of view...

Stay positive and keep the faith..

I agree with you Ghost. CC charged pa lang na wala pang PER ung "Pending Applications" sa cic website. Ibig sabihin, they passed the completeness check.

Pacensya ka na sa tanong ko ..Is this Global Spreadsheet managed / updated by CIC, officially? If your answer is a big YES..I will not frown..Express Entry it is.

Dati kasi FIFO. :)
