Hi everyone. My passport and my husband's will expire on October 2015. I plan to renew it pag passport request na, mga after medicals. Is it advisable to do it at that stage or I can renew it as early as now?

Hello guys! I need some advice. I submitted my application last July for FSW. I am planning to apply again for FSW for the second time but this time I would like to include my fiance. I would like to know if can I include her as my dependent as my fiance or I really need to marry her first before to proceed with my application? Thank you.

I don't think pwedeng dependent unless common-law partners, baka pwede siguro. Since you have submitted your application already, you can wait for your PER. Once you have your PER, you can then update your status from single to married and add her in the application (if you plan to get married soon). Submit the documents needed including additional payment for her (visa office will usually advise you naman if may kailangan silang further docs, although nasa guide lahat, just follow yung sa spouse requirements). It's stated in the PER email that you should inform the visa office for such changes during processing (eg new employer, change of status, new baby etc).

Congrats sa mga me MR and PER na...

Maikwento ko lang. Yun brother ko May 7 applicant naka receive na pala siya ng mail last Aug 29 na rejected.
Walang way para ma track ang papers diba kasi regular post office mail lang? Tinanong na daw nia sa post office sa kanila wala
daw makita na package niya.

Pano ba magandang gawin? Any advise? Yun IELTS niya ma eexpire sa Nov.

Nakakalungkot nga nun nalaman ko.

sorry to hear that athrenta, atleast your brother is not in a hot NOC. malaki pa din ang chance.. please share pag nalaman nyo na kung ano naging issue sa kanya. regarding tracking, hindi ba canadapost ang ginamit? kasi yung sa WES ko is thru canadapost, meron sya tracking number kahit papano.

Last year cap reached kami umabot ng total of 6 months bago bumalik ang package. Sept 27 na-receive yung package pero Dec 20 pa nila binalik then March 2014 na namin na receive ulit ang package. If maeexpire na yung IELTS then your brother needs to take the exam again.

yan din nakakapagtaka sa pinas, sobra bagal ng mga mails. i remember isang post from main fsw2014 thread, from india sya and nareject. may 7 applicant din sya pero june lang ata nareceive nya na yung package nya. :

hello po sa lahat....

actually, yun CIO ang nagpadala via snail mail kaya medyo matagal po bago pa dumating.
around 4 months po bago makarating sa address na nakalagay sa application.
yun IELTS po pwede naman ulit magpa-issue eh. yun lang me payment.
at least makapag-apply ulit ng mas maaga. para makahabol sa cap.

Just to share lang...

If you receive your MR's, suggest to go to st lukes global city... Mas konti nagpapamedical compare sa st lukes bacobo ermita. though mas acessible ang st lukes bacobo ermita.

We had our Medical test in st lukes global city and na meet namin in person si Akosiempre and family.

Don't forget to bring your sweaters, sobrang lamig especially at xray area.

Cindzg, did they require photos or they will just take a pic in the clinic (live digital photo)? What's the specs.? Pareho lang ba sa photos that we submitted with our application sent to CIC?

Di kasi ako makapaghintay sa instruction nila esp.weekend pa naman bukas..so by Mon. or tues pa siguro sila makapag-email ng forms & instructions.

MR & RPRF. Then also stated na "YOUR MEDICAL FORM(S) AND INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE SENT SEPARATELY TO THE SAME E-MAIL ADDRESS(ES) WITHIN 72 HOURS"

Most probably, you will receive an email re: MR next week.. It happens na Friday ngayon. I hope & pray too that you will receive it by Monday or Tuesday...

there are 2 options bro if you're in manila. st lukes and IOM. sa IOM you need to schedule an appointment. sa st lukes, walkin lang

ok naman medical namin. meron lng silang request ke baby na medical cert from her pedia regarding her asthma kc last attack is last feb lang. need ko request ng med cert stating the diagnosis, treatment prognosis in 5 yrs , etc... according to our pedia, need nga nila certification so if matuloy kmi canada, the doctor there daw will have a history of her asthma and alam how to continue the medication.
submit ko med cert on monday.


i've heard that IOM is more strict daw in medical test compare to St. Lukes....

no need na pala fasting for blood test, kc its for HIV and syphillis test.

Also, wag kakabahan pag pinaulit urine test...
my husband did a repeat urine test, kc me nakita na protein sa urine nya ( he took a medicine for high blood pressure a day before the medicam exam, so it could be the reason). second urine test, okay na result. marami silang nag repeat urine test that day...

and for ladies, for urine test (sorry guys, girl's talk muna ), be sure that you schedule your med exam 3-5 days after the last day of your monthly period, otherwise, they will ask you to comeback again. tinawagan ko tlga St Lukes regarding this just to make sure.. so hope this helps. ;D
