Ako din na charge na last July 2, may 4 Ako nagsubmit and nareceived yung docs ko may 8. But until now wala pa PER :-((

hello, yung 299$ sa WES ata yun, kapag ipapadala na nila sa'yo, mas advisable yung thru courier instead of regular mail, para mabilis makarating sa'yo
sa DHL, Php1470 yung binayaran ko (basta aroun 1400, hehe)

1. regarding generic application form (IM 0008), single at no common law wife, merun kasing nakalagay na dependent don sa form, sino ang e include ko for single status? e remove ko na lang ang dependent? or parents ilagay ko as my dependents?

2. regarding sa Form na Additional Dependents/Declaration - yung original form ba isubmit ko din, leave as blank at lagyan ko ng NOT APPLICABLE? hand written lang ba isulat yung Not Applicable? asan sya na parte ilagay?

3. About supplementary Info-Your Travel form- galling ko ng pinas to Saudi, connecting to Bahrain, kaso na missed flight, so ang ginawa was, nag bus from Bahrain to Saudi, then may Bahrain stamp sa passport, few hours lang sa Bahrain, kelangan pang isulat yun sa travel? pano ang explanation nun? gawa ng letter of explanation in another sheet of paper? is it typewritten or handwritten?

4. about Form Additional Family information, for I am single, isabay ko din sya ipasa na nakalagay ng NOT APPLICABLE?

5. about the 2 self addressed mailing labels:
one in english or French and
one in the official language of your country of residence

what do you mean of self addressed mailing labels? yung address ko dito sa Saudi in English? also the other address written in Arabic language?
may stamps na ba yun in both envelope?

6. about form on ECONOMIC Classes-FSW
Assets- is this the bank statement?
Liabilities- I will put 0? if there is none?
Supplementary funds- what is included here? ...property like car? asan papasok yun?

Kahit sino pwede magbigay ng advice....salamat po in advance....

Hello thank you po. 1400 pala pay DHL sige at least mabilis. Pero ug $299 iba pa ba in s 1400 Na babayaran ko s DHL I mean dapat Na bayaran muna$299 bago ko ipadala try DHL SALAMAT MARAMi

Wala pa akong PER pero sagutin ko na rin, hope that's OK hehe. PER is through email. A few weeks ago, akala ng lahat, once na charge na ang credit card, more or less next step is PER na, but someone from the global thread, na charge sya but his application package was returned due te "job duties mismatch" daw. So, unless you get your PER, d talaga pa sure kung na charge ka na.

Pag na charge na ang cc, meaning pumasa ka sa completeness check. PER email naman is pasado ka sa eligibility check. Next nun is either interview from local visa office or medical request na.

Remove the dependent, hindi considered ang parents as dependent.

ako, ang ginawa ko is just print yung name and address ko sa paper, 2 copies. One bond paper size Lang then I cut it in half

please check the list of assets na puwedeng gamitin sa guidelines, sorry I can't post link, using my mobile Lang. Liabilities either 0 or leave it blank. Settlement fund is the one na required nila. Check guideline for the amount that you need to have, naka breakdown yung for single, with 1 dependent etc.

Hi po. I am currently preparing my documents for FSW. Sana hindi pa ako late at di pa maabot ang cap limit.

May clarifications lang po ako.

1. ung forms, ok lang po ba sa A4 paper size i-piprint? or dapat po ba sa letter size paper?

2. kailangan pa po ba ipa notarize ung photocopy ng reference letters, paystubs at employment contracts na isusubmit sa CIO?

3. Pwede po bang i sulat-kamay ang details ng IMM 008 - Schedule 3? Ang hahaba po kasi ng mga designations ko, pato ang school, etc.
