Our school will send the tor directly via dhl pede ko na din kaya pasama diploma copy? Sabi kasi nun napagtanungan ko hiwalay pa daw. Then kelangan special lahat para mabilis?

WES does not require a notarized one. The instruction in WES website is plain and simple. Just follow it.
Another tip which you can do is to send all together, in one envelope, the following:

Your diploma (from you)
Sealed envelope containing original TOR and signed WES form. Signed by the school representative ha hindi ikaw. (from school)

Put these in one envelope go to the courier and send them. So nakatipid ka pa rather than pay thru the school and let them send the TOR to WES.
Other schools ayaw din nila magsend so they will give you the sealed envelope for you to send it to WES.

Tried and tested. 7 days after receipt by WES may report na. 4-5 days after dispatch by WES, you will have your WES report on hand.

a photocopy of your diploma is suffice. No need to certify it.
Ikaw na ang magsend instead of asking the school to send. Believe me. I did it.
But if you already made an arrangement with your school and they dont want to include 'the photocopy of your diploma (not inside the sealed envelope) so be it.
Send your diploma alone and let the school send your TOR.

I had no problem except that when the WES sent the report to me they omitted/forgot to write in the address the name of our building. So i made an effort to make sure it will not return to sender due to incomplete address.

So advise ko is keep track of your order online.

Thanks.. yun mpnp ko naka file pa din...according sa status dun sa site ang Status ay received pa lang.. wala pang kahit ano.. plan ko naman Manitoba pa din address na gagamitin ko kahit mag FSW ako..

Depende sa what stage ka na sa MPNP mo.

About wes, you will send the diploma, pag married ka dont forget the copy of your marriage certificate para reflected din family name ng asawa mo. The transcript will be sent directly to the WES by the university in a sealed envelope.

As to the fastest courier...im also asking around. You have these options: WWW via dhl, air21 via tnt, 2go di ko alam what partner nila, lbc is fedex na ata ngayon.

advise ko sayo sir just wait for further announcement before you lodge your application. maraming case nyan last yr na nareject yung application dahil old forms yung nagamit nila. anyway send at your own risk. goodluck

Yes, this is true.
My forms were passed for fswp 2013 by cic, ths consultant. But i did not reach the cap.. I filled up the "use of a representative" form then but for fswp 2014 i am planning to do all this by myself. Do i still need to fill-up the form to CANCEL the use of a representative?

The certified true copy of diploma will come from you. I think DHL is the fastest courier. Then I suggest, you get the certified true copy of Transcript from your school and mail it separately, and the sender's address should be your school hindi pwedeng malaman ng WES na ikaw nagmail ng transcipt mo. Kasi if you wait for your school to send the transcript, hindi mo malalaman kung kelan pa nila mapapadala sa WES. Mapapamahal ka nga lang talaga kasi dalwang mail ang gagawin mo.

Mine, I mailed all together inside one package- my 3 diploma, 3 sealed envelopes from school and my marriage cert.
sender's name reflected in the courier package is my name and address.
the individual envelope has its own label.... sender the school and address to w

This is so true. I was even the one who set an appointment pa on thursday with my consultant. The last time I went there, my consultant talked to me thru phone call lang. Pag fully paid na ganyan talaga sila, pag hindi mo naman binayaran ng buo, they will not entertain your queries.
