Ako rin e,i have a newborn na need i update in my application. Ask ko lng sna if nkpagpa medical knb when you updated that you have a new born? Or na inform mo na CEM nung na rcve mo PER? In my case kc sbi ng agent ko e isabay na nmn ang update ng docs,pof and other requirements ni baby. Waiting for MR pa ako. I am planning to submit my updated docs within dec. Sna marcve ng CEM before nila irelease MR para ksabay nmn c baby. Nov 24 ko nrcve PER but dated Nov 4.

Tingin ko, antayin mo muna MR mo then update CEM of your newborn child. Yun ang ginawa ko e. From there, allow CEM to guide you on the next set of additional requirements with regards to your change in family composition.

With regards to the MR, My wife & I plan to go ahead with ours muna while waiting for our childs MR. May 30 day period lang kasi yon e so we'll have to do ours immediately sa January. Eitherway, your application will not move unless your child undergoes Medical as well.

I was about to call cic for the uci, but my instinct told me to refresh my email...then bam.. PER!!!

Recieved 8:20PM. DD cashed Nov 24.. paupdate naman po sa SS.
Salamat po sa effort ng bawat isa to help people sa thread naten. God bless us all!

From the word it suggest its charged application waiting for check of 67 points (MI acceptance is 67 points)

and from Guide 7000

Completeness check

Citizenship and Immigration Canada reviews your application to make sure that:

all required fields in your application forms are complete,
all required documents are submitted from Document Checklist (IMM 5612), and
the correct processing fee payment has been made

So a Complete app means Fees paid

Hello, question guys especially to those applicants who are in Singapore, after PER, do you received a request to submit NBI + SG Police Clearance first before MR?

hi boiluku, the request to send NBI + SG Police Clearance will come around the same time as the MR. However, if you already have PER, you can apply for NBI. For the SG Police Clearance, you will need to wait for the request letter that CIC will send to you along with the MR & PCC requests.

In our case, they ask muna our PCC & my newborn docs before cla ngsend ng MR. Pero cguro kaya ganun kasi nga may newborn kami

Ok, I thought I have to complete the NBI+PCC first before they will send the MR which will prolong the agony of waiting.
