Hi Guys!
Just would like to ask if there are people in the same situation and what did you do?
My husband and I applied for the FSWP, with me as the principal applicant and my husband as my dependent. I am currently working in the PH, while my husband works abroad. When I started processing the requirements for FSWP, my husband is already here in the PH. But this January, he might be back working again overseas. I got my PER mail last Dec 4. Based on the timelines provided by this forum, I might get my MR by 1st or 2nd week of Jan or even later.
Now, my ques is, how do we proceed with my husband's medical exam if he's in abroad already by the time the MR mail reaches us? Can we do it before he leaves then just explain it to CEM? Or should we just secure his medical examination in the country where he is in by the time we already receive the request? I cannot ask CEM now because our papers are still in transit, they may not provide information without our files on hand.
Hope someone could shed light on this so that we can plan ahead in case we need to take extra steps to avoid delays in the processing of our application. Thank you!
