Hello po.
Tanung lang. Ung AOR po ba iba sa MR? or same lang sila dumarating?
And both po ba yan via snail mail or via email nalang na dumarating?

Salamat

@ Fespenido
AOR is different. AOR is acknowledgment of Receipt. CEM does not send AOR upon receipt of the application forwarded to them by the CIO.
MR is a request for medical exam. Usually this is done after the required/additional documents were submitted and interview.
But then for FSW 2014 halos lahat sinasabay sabay na in one email ang document request, request for payment of RPRF and Medical Request.
After medical results have been received by the CEM expect Passport Request (PPR) na.
The medical results are submitted by the clinic directly to the CEM. The applicant will not get a copy of the result.

MR via email. After MR email within 72 hours the medical instruction forms will be sent through email also.

Now as to timeline, as per data here 6-7 months may visa na. The timeline in between stages may vary.
THis does not factor in the delay due to additional documents, request for extension etc.

Hi Forum-mates!

I just saw that my CC has been charged (actually, it was charged last Nov 17 to be exact, I just saw it today online :D) ! I am an August 15 applicant here. Is cc charging equivalent to approval already or its still subject to additional evaluation? How long will it take before I receive the PER? What are the next steps I have to look/ wait for? Where can I see the meaning of the acronyms you've been using in your posts? Sorry po 1st timer here, I wanted to read all the posts for better appreciation and understanding of immigration processing timelines :)

Thank you for taking time to answer my inquiries and goodluck to everyone waiting for the progress of their respective applications :) :D

Congrats! Next step is PER (Positive Eligibility Review) After CC charging, they'll do eligibility checks and give PER or NER (Negative Eligibility Review). In a week or two youll receive an email for PER. God bless!

MR - Medical Request
PCC - Police Clearance Certificate
RPRF - Right of Permanent Residence Fee
PPR - Passport Request
DM - Decision Made

And how much is the equivalent charge in Philippine peso? :) Thanks.

In my case, I used BPI cc, merchant name is CITIZENSHIP & IMM FSW SYDNEY CA , charge is Php is 44,461.73, but I guess it would vary slightly depending on the prevailing exchange rate in your bank during the time your cc was charged.

Hope this helps :)

Hello mga kabayan,

I'm a june20 applicant, NOC 2173. DD encashed last Oct-10 but was not able received PER. WES informed me last Oct-23 that there was an attempt from CIC to validate my ECA online but was not able to do so because of wrong app package. Naayos ko naman agad to noong Oct-24.

@ KitsuneDreamThank you for your prompt reply! Highly appreciate the info!

Are there applicants here whose CCs were charged but had a NER later on?

Thank you :)

hi blackorwhite2014. yes, meron but minimal..try to check the global SS or i think one from MVO is Khaleesi.

but dont lose hope. if you are confident naman that your documents are complete, no need to worry. just pray hard and everything will be fine. just be positive...charged ka na eh so dapat happy lang...no negative thoughts! goodluck.
