RPRF Received by CEM: 10/23/14
Medical Results Received: 10/25/14


Share ko na rin po, nagrenew po kc ako ng passport today and chose the express service. Sa November 11 po nakadue makuha yung passport however sinabi po ng DFA staff sa Rob Galleria na pwede pa po madelay. Ok lang po ba email ang CEM para humingi ng extension sa CEM? Mag attach nalang po ako ng scanned copy ng claim stub ko? Para sure lang po na if di marelease ng Nov 11 updated ang CEM bakit di po ako nakapagcomply sa deadline. Thanks po sa help.
