Sorry, just read your question. What I did is, I just got one Managers check for me and my spouse and wrote the principals name at the back of the check and application number.

But in your case put each of your name at the back of the checks and write the application number also

Last na last napo, ball pen po ba or pencil Lang ang pinag sulat ninyo ng name at application no. ninyo sa back ng manager's check?

MR and RPRF received! Thank you Lord! Bilang dalawa nlng kaming May 12 applicant sa pinoy ss na wla pang MR. Nalate lng pla ng send sken agency ko. Super happy! Hindi man ako nanalo sa bingo bonanza kgbe sa stluke's week celeb, in d middle sa bingo ngtx agency na MR forwarded na sa email ko. Yehey!!! Panalo pa rin!!!! Praise God!!! ;D ;D ;D

Date Received PER: September 11, 2014
Date of Medical Request and RPRF: October 17, 2014

Questions lang:
1. Yung sa mga nakapag RPRF na, ano yung binayad nyo, bank draft (CAD) or manager's check (PHP)? Tapos nisend nyo via courier sa Makati address - RCBC (for Manila VOs)?
2. Naka-enumerate naman yung mga need pa ng VO no under this statement dun sa letter send via email, tama?
"In order to continue processing your application, we require the following:
> MR
> RPRF
"
Medyo naconfuse lang ako kasi meron pa sa baba after nung MR at RPRF na ganitong statement:
Documents requested in its original form, e.g. police certificates, RPRF cheque payment should be sent thru
courier to our mailing address above.

I'm wondering kung need pa yung police certificate kasi meron akong sinubmit before police certificate from another country, di ko sure kung hinihingi ba nila latest?

- Print your name on the back of the bank draft or certified cheque.

- If you are paying in Canadian dollars, the bank draft or certified cheque should be addressed to the: Receiver General for Canada.
- If you are paying in Philippine Pesos, the bank draft or certified cheque should be made payable to the: Embassy of Canada, Manila.
Cheques can be issued by any local or international banks or post offices. Bank cheques are valid for 6 months from the date they were issued, while PMOs are valid for only 3 months.
- If bank drafts are issued from a bank in Canada in Canadian dollars, the "drawee" (also known as the clearance or correspondent bank) must be left blank.

Thank you noeltheonlyone... Estimated completion of WES report is on nov 12, 2014. My working experience will turn 6 years on Dec 1, 2014. Where did you get your ECA? From WES Or ICAS? I'm worried about the points WES would give me. How much did you get?

WES gave me 21 points. From university ako Sir. I'm not sure kung kelan nila bibilangin experience. Just base on your WES report pag dumating na sir.

safer to ask your tita to call bdo and let the bank know that there will be international charges.
dont know if BDO has option to do "travel tag" - they remove all security feature, so all transaction will go through..
at least until the account is charged.

Please help me seniors/experts...

1. When filling up the National Identity Document (NID) in the Generic Application Form, anong government issued ang ginamit nyo?

2. Since we don't have NID, can I use SSS or driver's license? Or will I just leave this blank?

3. If I use the SSS, no date issue/expiry is indicated in the ID, will I just leave this blank?

Please enlighten.
