Ako rin MR and RPRF stage na.
Date Received by CIO: May 22, 2014
Date Received PER: September 11, 2014
Date of Medical Request and RPRF: October 17, 2014
Questions lang:
1. Yung sa mga nakapag RPRF na, ano yung binayad nyo, bank draft (CAD) or manager's check (PHP)? Tapos nisend nyo via courier sa Makati address - RCBC (for Manila VOs)?
2. Naka-enumerate naman yung mga need pa ng VO no under this statement dun sa letter send via email, tama?

> MR
> RPRF
"
Medyo naconfuse lang ako kasi meron pa sa baba after nung MR at RPRF na ganitong statement:
Documents requested in its original form, e.g. police certificates, RPRF cheque payment should be sent thru
courier to our mailing address above.
I'm wondering kung need pa yung police certificate kasi meron akong sinubmit before police certificate from another country, di ko sure kung hinihingi ba nila latest?
