Top 3 couriers to Nova Scotia from MNL based from MY EXPERIENCE:

1. UPS - guaranteed 3-4 days and they work during weekends. Doble nga lang ang bayad. Mga 3K up. My package is 1kg and I paid 3.5K pero sobrang sulit dahil I sent it on Friday morning at dumating ng Monday sa NS. Very rare sa Manila. There is 1 drop off center at Megamall. I personally recommend this if nagmamadali ka.

2. FedEx - 6-7 days. Walang weekends ata ito. Online tracking is ok. Dito ko lang nakita yung "Hold at facility" button sa tracking. Kaso feeling ko maraming nasasayang na oras sa mga sort facility nila. 1.5K damage. I sent an additional document using this. Hindi na ako masyado nagmamadali kaya ok lang. Madaming drop off center sa manila.

3. DHL - Please do not use this courier to NS if possible. At average, like fedex pero they use a 3rd party courier service to deliver to NS kapag dating ng file mo sa Canada. Delayed tracking update. Pero in the end, your file will reach NS. 6-7 days din minsan longer. I've read horrible reviews with DHL sa international thread. Alam ko, wala ring weekends ito. 1.5K lang. Ang gusto ko lang ditto ay tinatanggap nila yung package kahit walang contact number ng recipient. Yung iba maarte, like FedEx, LBC. Tumawag pa nga yung LBC sa head nila para I-confirm kung bawal ba talaga.

Mam mara pa evaluate na niyo kaagad po Transcript nyo... Ang alam ko po mai points dn po pag dalawa yung course.... Pero para sure dapat alam natn yung equivalent degree from the canAdian system... Tapos work on ielts na dn po... All 7 para masa malaki yung points...

Agree, better start the WES and IELTS, kasi yun lang tlaga nagpapatagal.

hi po @groundzero. what I mean is yung 4yr course ko na Business Ad ano kaya equivalent nyan after evaluation sa WES?
like saan nito kaya para malaman ko yung points ko if aabot ba ako sa 67.

Canadian post-secondary degree or diploma for a two-year program, or equal 19 points

my IELTS will be this November hopefully ma submit ko na early December. Layo pa kase sa cap din yung 0113 Purchasing Manager.

@ maramara15, anu ba ang NOC mo? sa tingin ko naman if 160 pa sa website ay aabot ka.

I suggest you avail the services of a consultant. Like sa case ko, at first i dont trust the immigration consultant. Kaso mga colleagues ko na naging naturalize canadian ay they strongly suggest na mag consultant kasi it will save u a lot of hassle especially is your working.

Although, pwede naman na ikaw lang magprocess, at magtanong tanong sa forum. However, time is of the essence here.

noc ko po 3012. opo mag aavail po ako ng consultant kahit po mahal. wala naman po akong work ngayon pero para lan po ma guide ako.
tsaka ano po yung wes? akala ko po ang mag eevaluate ng credentials eh yung icas? magkaiba pa po ba yun?

ahh ganun po ba jocandy? so parehong transcript at parehong diploma po ipapasa ko?

sayang nga po yung ielts ko acad po kasi yung tinake ko last aug for uk po sana yun eh...kailangan po pala gen training

Sa WES website po may makkita kayo na free evaluation where you need to enter you university name and course and it will give you the Canadian education equivalent

Same here. DHL din kame, June 16 napadala, dumating nung June 20 received by DOUG. Although I noticed that the status was updated on June 23. So I guess they don't update your package's status pag weekend.

Pre, so far mga June 16 applicants pa lang ang na charge. So mga next week kapa cguro.

Siguro mga 3 - 4 weeks pa. Mukhang this week e June 16 - 20 ang charging (CC/DD) nila. So assuming na next week ka ma-charge, additional 5 days pa before mo pareceive ung PER.

Don't worry too much, malapit na un! Think Positive!
