hi guys! It's my first time to check this forum after 5 months. Anyway, I just want to ask something. I sent my application last July 8, 2014 and they received it last July 15, 2014. When I rechecked the papers that i sent to CIC (photocopy), i realized that I wasn't able to answer some information. For example in the form IMM5669, i didn't place my date of birth, and sa IMM 5406 i forgot got to place my email address. Though, i sent my birth certificate naman and i placed my email address sa form IMM0008. So the question is, should I resend the forms again para complete na yung information? Or hayaan ko nalang? Kinakabahan lang ako. Thank you guys. :)

At this point, no need to resend forms. Just keep cool and be positive. I too have a couple of errors in filling up forms but still got PER.

Okay lang yan, all the best!

51,627.28 was charged to me by BDO. kasama na siguro dyan yung international charge fee
