regarding the checklist pala, what if hindi naman applicable sakin ang additional dependats/declartion, kelangan ko bang lagyan ng "X" mark yung checklist? or just leave the box blank?

It feels good kasi last year pa nakaready ang docs at sa wakas napasa na din namin.

Pray pray na lang :)

I know this question has been asked a thousand times. I'm sorry I can't back-read the previous hundred pages. I just want to ask if all the photocopies should be certified/notarized?

Has anyone had a problem before for sending photocopies which were not certified/notarized?

I am carefully reviewing the document checklist, and it does not indicate documents which should be submitted as "certified true copies".

Thank you.

Thank you tingskie.

But to what documents does this apply?

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,

the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.
Who can certify copies?

Persons authorized to certify copies include the following:

In Canada:

a commissioner of oaths
a notary public
a justice of the peace
Outside Canada:

a judge
a magistrate
a notary public
an officer of a court of justice

Use your UCI.

I had my UCI when I got my first Visit visa to Canada in 2000. In my next Visit visa in 2010, they still referred to the same UCI. When I applied for FSWP on May 2013, still the same UCI was given to me.

Therefore, UCI is unique to all visa applicants and will be used to all Canada related applications.

Regards to all!

di kasi umabot sa cap ung application ko last year.

meron ba dito kagaya ng sitwasyon ko?
