Hello mga sir, ano po ung documents na dapat ipa notarize??? Ang notarized ba equivalent of original or ung mga requested copied documents dapat ipanotarize?

documents that are not in English lang po ang alam ko na dapat pa-notarize. in my case wala naman ako need pa-notarize coz' all of them are in English. Un din sabi ng ibang applicants in other countries.

word of advise, try to notarize those documents you think is very relevant to your application. I sent mine with all documents certified. i know its a pain but thats what i did.

Hello po. May question ako tungkol sa points for age. If this coming October pa mag-44y/o, mabibigyan pa ba ng 4 points or 3 points na lang? By July pa makaka submit ng application sa CIO. Salamat

Ang sabi sa cic:

"You will get points based on your age on the day when the Centralized Intake Office gets your application."

So sa tingin ko, ung July na submission mo ang bibilangin (IF July din nila marereceive ung application mo ha).

un nga kung mahihirapan ka or matatagalan sa pagaayos ng JD mo para dun sa 2 years magaffidavit ka na lang just make sure na yung current 8 years eh pulidong pulido para sure na ikoconsider nila

yes thanks...and happy to advise na napirmahan na ng supervisor ko ang detailed jd ko for 8 years work....

in the immigration website it mentioned that the case officer will contact you if in case he is not satisfied to what you have provided so if i were you and i already have 8yrs experience just provide an affidavit then submit your docs then gather the COE to avoid delay in your submission.

If docs are not in English then it should be translated
By an authorised translator and no need to notarised..

The checklist states copy only.
The certified copy of the original is stated specifically under
Translation of Documents section in the Guide 7000.

Guide 7000 states the following provisions:

Translation of documents

Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:

the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

Note: An affidavit is a document on which the translator has sworn, in the presence of a commissioner authorized to administer oaths in the country in which the translator is living, that the contents of their translation are a true translation and representation of the contents of the original document. Translators who are certified members in good standing of one of the provincial or territorial organizations of translators and interpreters of Canada do not need to supply an affidavit.

Translations by family members are not acceptable.

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,

Hi. For fsw 2013 yung mga VO ay SGVO pero filipino citizen, ingtransfer ng SGVO yung docs nila sa CEM. I just dont know kung ganun din mangyayari sa 2014. Pero good thing na lng natransfer sila sa CEM kse mas mabilis processing now kesa sa SGVO. Try to check coc website at check mo kung ilan months processing for u to decide.

Thanks for that info. In that case, I think i will choose to write manila for VO.

By an authorised translator and no need to notarised..
