Sa form i fill out mo yong if payer is different from applicant. Ako i filled it out kasi sa bank draft application ko maiden name nakalagay kasi debited sa account ko na maiden name parin ang account name. But actually, in bank draft im no longer the payer but the bank. So it might be irrelevant after all. But in credit card it is relevant.

Yan din iniisip ko. yung Name of Payer If diff from PA. Kasi sa forms almost eh di natin nilalagy middle name natin.. dumagdag pa sa prob ko eto CC consider ko yung suggestions mo.

Tanong ulit, about sa certificate of employment, necessary ba na kelangan din nakalagay ang job duties and responsiblities? Kasi mga certificate ko dito ang laman is Position at Duration lang at sign and sealed ng company. Acceptable ba to?

Hi. From what I understand, it's preferable that your CoE also states your job duties and responsibilities but if your HR didn't include those details, okay lang den yata since they also ask you to attach your job contract which ideally has those details reflected. So makikita paren sa application mo. I could be wrong pero yun ang pagka-intindi ko. Maybe we can wait for the others with more experience to clarify also

Hi everyone. Just want to ask regarding "Number of years of education in total" in the Generic Application Form for Canada, will I include my 1 year Kindergarten in the count? Also, should I count my 4 years and 1 term (trimester) in college as 5 years? Thanks.

I put my Credit Card Billing Address which is the same as my Home Address.

ideally mas magandang nakaindicate sa COE mo yung duties and responsibilities, but usually nga wala yun, try to ask your HR kung maiinclude nila, if not, basta submit a separate document that will state your duties and responsibilities

got more than 1 year but less than 2 years for 2174 and 2172 po.
