oo nakapagpadala na rin ako ng RPRF na Managers Cheque from Metrobank na Php 39,800.00 tapos Embassy of Canada, Manila ung payee tapos nilagyan n din nmin ng name ng hubby ko sa likod ng cheque. magbbigay kc ng resibo ang CEM? I mean, the moment na mareceived na, eemail kaya sila na natanggap na nila ang bayad? kc Aug20 pa dmating sa CEM ung cheque nmin. Bka mamisplace, OMG.

I'm hoping na natransfer na hehe, although wala pang indication via sa ECAS ko. But I think may update sya once you get email na for MR/RPRF ata.

Just want to share.

I sent CIC an email asking about the status of my application sometime last July. I emailed them because I was feeling antsy about not receiving any updates from them two months after I had submitted my application. (Btw, I eventually received my PER on Aug 19.)

Then I received a reply from CIC for that inquiry last Wednesday stating that my file has been transferred to the visa office for further decision.

We can perhaps assume that ppmom's application has been transferred to the local visa office too because both our applications had been received by CIC on May 9 and we both got our PER letters on the same day.

Hi anyone here who has been scheduled for an interview on their visa office?? Just getting nervous... a friend of mine who is an fsw applicant from 2013 has recently been refused after the interview...=( Just want to hear from recent applicants... I am still waiting for my PER..=)

An excerpt from the letter I got from the CIC (the reply letter by CIC which I mentioned in my earlier post):

"Be advised as we no longer hold your file we cannot comment on its status. Kindly contact the visa office in Manila if you have further questions regarding your file."
