Hello ian.
Sa akin nga eh separate yung Emp Cert at Job Description ko. Sa emp cert ko monthly salary nga ang linagay pero kahit wala kc i think yung payroll for the last 3 mos kailngan mo iprovide kc kukunin mo yun sa bank separately (Pay Stubs) kc wired transfer salary namin.
Tapos yung tax eh sa BIR ko kunuha - Tax Exempion Cert sa akin kc OFW ako.
Pag goverment ka yata may GSIS pa.
Pumunta din ako sa SSS kasi kelngan din nila ng info doon.
Dumaan ako thru agency un ang mga pinarequire nila.

Photocopy lang ng Board Certificate (Lupon), Itemized Board Rating and PRC License (Back to Back) ang kelngan in Short Bond Paper.

I'm a newbie here. I'm trying to apply under NOC 3132 (dietitian and nutritionist) but my job title is different from the job that im doing. My job title is clinical dietetic technician which i believe is under NOC 3219 as per NOC 2011 classification. The certificate of employment that they gave me states that my job title is clinical dietetic techinican and also the job description is for clinical dietetic technician assisting the dietitian in assessing the patient but that's not what I do at work. I'm the one assessing the patient itself. I'm working as a dietitian not diet technician. What do I do?

hi jenhmc, is there an option for you to write your own draft certificate of employment and ask your HR to be the one to print it as your official COE?

hindi mo po ba pwede pa-modify yung duites and title mo, kung hindi naman yun yung task mo?
or kung pwede ikaw magprovide ng duties na ipapalagay sa COE, request ka na lang ulit.

kung hindi pwede, hmm, kung san nagfall yung duties mo na NOC (na nasa COE), don ka na lang mag-apply
kasi don nila ibabased yung points.

Nagrequest po ako ng certification from my Insurance Company, pwede po bang isama ang document na ito as PROOF OF ASSET?

For the Settlement Funds, meron na po akong mga Bank Certificates. Kelangan rin po ba ng Statement of Accounts?

Di ako familiar sa forms maam kc pinalakad ko sa parents ko yun.
Payslips for the last 3 months ang hinigi sa akin.

Question po regarding requirements for "Work Experience"

Nakakuha na po ako ng Certificate of Employment with job descriptions from my previous employers. Kaso po walang TOTAL ANNUAL SALARY na nakalagay sa letter. It was however stated from the checklist mga additional supporting documents that can be submitted such as:

1. copies of work contracts
2. copy of pay stubs

Plus may IMPORTANT NOTE rin na "when submitting your tax information, be sure to black out your Social Insurance Number to protect this personal information.


Mga Kabayan, tama po ba ang pagkakaintindi ko na hindi kelangan na lahat yan ay ipasa. I mean pwede bang Certificate of Employment (with jobdescription) at mga Income Tax Return form 2316 na lang ang ipasa ko? Or kelangan po ba talagang kumpletuhin at dapat kasama ang work contracts at pay stubs?

ako naman, yung ibang COE ko, walang duties, kaya gumawa na lang ako ng affidavit
pinasa ko din yung ITR ko, kasi wala na akong pay stubs from previous company, naka-black out na lang tin number.
pinasa ko yung contracts ko, kasi andon yung working hours at benefits.
kulang kulang kasi sa COE e, ayaw naman nila idagdag (i.e working hours, duties, yung isa nga wala pang salary, hays). so yun, sinama ko na lang sa application.

pero yung isang previous company ko, affidavit lang at COE, kasi wala na akong copy ng contract at pay stubs

sa current company ko lang ako may copy ng payslip, hehe

hindi ko lang sure kung ok yun, kasi sa november ko pa malalaman ang result, hehe

pero tama ka, hindi naman need ipasa lahat, kung complete na yung details sa COE, pero mas ok na din kung meron ka namang copy, sama mo na din (additional documents)

hi iankay07, kung ang insurance mo is VUL (or investment linked) pede. there may be other types of insurance na pede basta you have to show na if you would liquidate your insurance today, meron kang surrender/cash value na makukuha.

Yes, if it's strictly life insurance, hindi siya puwede as settlement funds, liquid kasi dapat.

Yes, I think you can as asset but not as settlement funds, although I might be wrong. You don't need naman to show proof for assets and liabilities e, just for settlement funds, so I think you can forego showing this.

Or proof for settlement funds is enough na?

Ok thanks po. Ngback read ako sa global thread, sabi nila its ok not to show proof of assets at this stage. But kung mgddeclare daw, cguraduhin na may proof ka if ever hinanap nila or mgpatawag cla ng interview. And make sure na mgtatally yung proofo sa declaration mo.

Hello kabayan, i think pwede mong gawin is hingi ka sa insurance provider ng letter stating the withdrawable amount from your insurance at this current time.. then yung amount na withdrawable means its a liquid asset, so pwede po cia isama sa settlement funds..

Kelangan ko pa ba ipaNotarize yung reference letter? Or submit the original pwede na?
