Hi i'm a qsw applicant but i heard it will take 40 months of waiting for stage 2 of application, so i'm trying to gather information about fsw if i have a shot or not. Can someone pls tell me the timeframe of the whole process and the estimated budget as well? Any reply would be very helpful.. Thanks a lot!

Yes, wala pa yung PER email. My credit card was charged July 17, then today yung updated ECAS status. But it really is better if may natanggap ng PER. So may konting kaba pa rin

Ah ok, nagchecked din Ako sa ECAS and ang nakalagay Lang "in process". Balitaan mo Ako agad kapag nakakuha kana ng PER ha. Hehehe...kabado din Ako Dahil 2nd application ko na Ito Dahil unsuccessful yung last year Dahil kulang yung background info na form para sa wife ko. Sana this year maging successful na.

Ask ko lng may friend kc ako na ngaapply din ng student permit pero may fsw din sya in progress, if maaprove ung student permit panu ung visa office pa rin ba n mgpaprocess eh manila pa rin or pede na itransfer sa canada visa office.

I lodged my application last May 2014 and it was received (according to DHL) by CIO office on May 12. Until now I have not received any email confirmation from the CIO office. What's happening here? Anyone in the same boat like me?

Hi Marco, CIO has just started working on May 12 application. You should be receiving some good news soon.

tanong ko lang... nagbabase lang kasi ako sa ecas... naka-DD kasi kami eh...
dun sa mga may UCI na... currently anung nakikita nyo once i-enter nyo yung details nyo (dun po sa hindi pa in process ang status ah)?
and kahit ba NER makikita sa ECAS?
thanks sa sasagot... paranoid lang at may 12 kami... God bless to all of us!

The reference letter issued to me by my employers were complete except for my duties and resposibilties was not written on it. So they just gave me copies of my work duties and responsibilties in each position i handled in a separate sheet to attach to my refrence letter written in company's letter head complete with contact numbers and signatures of my immediate supervisors and heads. An original copy was issued to me with dry seal and im willing to submit it if ask by cic though what im going to send is just a photocopy because thats what they are asking now just a copy. That job description was never self proclaimed and attested but rather that of the company. U think it will be accepted by cic or i still need to make a cover letter to explain?

sa front page po ba kase baka ma-misplace dahil sa liit nila?
or dun talaga sa medyo likod kung san nakalagay ang order ng photos and bank draft (with the payment form)?

So ang UCI ay nakalagay din sa mga tourist visa na issued ng Canada? Yan din ba ilalagay ko sa UCI number field sa application forms?

hi bosschips, yes, chineck ko yung tourist visa ko nung may nabasa ako sa global thread na nakastamp daw dun sa visa ang UCI, nandun nga!

Hi Marc, check check ka lang sa global thread, we normally see the statuses naman of fellow applicants there. They just started processing May 12th applicant last week ata, so hintay hintay lang for cc/dd charge/encashment after than it'll be the PER emails ang kailangan mong hintayin.

don't remember the actual wordings but parang nakalagay na hindi makita ng system yung UCI number pa, and then may list of possible reasons why.
