Hi. My application was on received June 9 under NOC 3012. Do u think may chance po na pumasok sya sa 1k na cap. I noticed sa spreadsheet ang dami po kc ngaapply from New Delhi tapos 1 day lng travel time ng applications nila. Quite worried lng po. Thanks everyone.

If nareceive ng CIO ung docs ko ng June 5, kelan kaya ako possible na makatanggap ng update? I have applied under 1123.

I have another concern po..

My dilemma is, my spouse MIGHT be in Canada by August or September this year for a WORK PERMIT.
If we got our luck for FSW, what would be the process? does he need to terminate and cancel his work permit and go back to Philippines for the Immigrant visa stamping? or is there any process of shifting from Work Permit to Immigrant that he could already do it from Canada itself?

Sa speaking and writing po ba, common question po ba ang mga globalization, genetic engineering, etc?

Ako kaka-take ko lang last june 7... British Council ako kasi according to most people i know mas generous ang examiners doon. Although I think naman ok din ang IDP, pero di ko macompare kasi wala pa results ko ng IELTS acad ko.

Yung mga question ko about work, technology, international committees etc

May IELTS GT nko last year, nag ACAD ako this June just in case makaalis na puntang canada para makapagapply agad sa CNO. Filipina interviewer ko.

Kuha kna agad ng IELTS kasi tagal ng results sayang ang araw hehe

Konting tip lang sa IELTS. Eto yung natutunan ko. I took GT

Sa writing, dapat may topic sentence each paragraph. Then importante is UNITY. The paragraph must work as one family. Lahat ng sasabihin sa paragraph ay developing the topic sentence. They must all relate to the topic sentence. Do not digress! After the topic sentence, bigay ako example(For example). then explain ko example. Then why that example happened(This is because). Then what is the effect (Consequently). Then sa last sentence of every paragraph laging. "Looking at this example makes it clear why..." or "Thus, it becomes evident that...".

Sa speaking naman, very important that you answer the question DIRECTLY. Kung ano ang tanong yun ang sagot. Do not beat around the bush or give answers that is NOT related to the question. Kahit 1 or 2 sentences lang basta dapat you are answering the question exactly as it was asked. For example ang tanong, Do you work best in the morning or afternooon? Just answer. I work best in the morning. Yun lang. When the examiner asks, why, that's the right time to give a reason. Don't answer like this. Actually, I work best at night because it's cold and my kids are asleep so there are no distractions. This answer doesn't answer the question. Kahit perfect ang english mo, you never answered the question. Kaya baka 3.0 or 4.0 lang makuha mo sa Task Response. Above all, relax and always smile

Weird lang kasi sa review ctr sabi naman tuwing sasagot laging may reason agad. Pero napansin ko iba iba ang style ng examiners. Others will let you speak long enough, yung iba sobrang direct answers nga lang minsan parang phrase lang.

sa reading and listening practice lang ng practice pra masanay ka sa format ng test and accent ng speaker (sa listening). try mo mag set ng time limit every practice test mo pra masanay ka din. for writing, basa basa k muna ng mga topics na possible ibigay then mga example answers. for speaking try to answer the questions direct to the point. wag laging "i think" ang start ng answers mo saka iwasan un mahabang aaaaaaaaaaaaa
search ka lang online like youtube madami ka ng tips makukuha. Goodluck!
