question regarding wes:

i have an original copy of my transcript of records issued last 1997. will a photocopy of this tor, certified by the registrar and sent to wes in a sealed, signed envelope acceptable or dapat bang mag issue ng panibagong transcript ang school at yun ang ipapadala sa wes? medyo matatagalan pa kasi pag panibagong tor from the school kasi hahanapin pa yung record ko and i-encode pa bago i-print sa bagong paper na may watermark na yata ng school...

please advise...thanks.

Of course you can quit anytime. Ang kalokohan lang ng mga agency sa pinas eh pagbabayarin ka ng some sort of damages aside from their ridiculously expensive processing fees. Nagbayad ka na ba sa kanila?
