regarding sa wes po, di ko din alam kung bakit ganun ang evaluation nila considering iisang CMO naman ang ginagamit ng buong pilipinas, bakit iba iba ang evaluation nila. sa akin po ay 2 years lang ang BSN then 4 years ang MAN

Mukhang depende po talaga sa institution, yung undergrad degree ko po ay katumbas ng bachelor's deg ng canada, yung master's ko naman ay masuwerteng katumbas din dun. may konting worry lang ako kasi assistant prof. ang job title ko at master's palang ang highest degree, sa canadian standards based sa description ng NOC 4011 mukhang dapat may PhD na dito. Ang master's ay pang lecturer naman. Sana hindi gaanong mag matter ito.

They based it naman sa roles and responsibilities mo, and pasok ka naman sa NOC 4011, ok lang naman siguro yun. I guess if you are going to look for a job na University Professor dun, you might need to take additional studies or whatever licensing needed when you're there na

Hi to all! Im not so new in this site but i consider myself as such since i didnt get to log in after Canada closed its immigration last 2012 wherein i almost sent my application. After 2 years, my hopes got renewed when i learned that Canada's doors reopened to the category i have been considering in applying for. I need help though..coz i am not sure if my IELTS will be considered "expired" if CIC gets my application by June 19th, 2014. I am thinking of submitting My IELTS TEST RESULT FORM which was dated JUNE 21, 2012.( although my test dates were june 6, 2012 for speaking and june 9, 2012 for writing, reading and listening. I am not sure if when CIC receives the package, its considered on that date and not when they opened and checked it? I know the rule : THE ENGLISH results should be less than two years old. But if CIC receives my package 2 days before it turns 2 yrs old, is it technically expired? I am anxious somehow coz well , we all are paying for the package ...and if my english exam is at default coz of the date, will i lose the payment fee?

by the way guys, ano ang basis ng CIC for charging ur cc? I mean, pg ba nacharged ibig sabihin mlki n ang chance sa PER? kc bkt nila ichacharge tpos later on hndi nmn pla PER? sorry, mejo nguguluhan lng ako, may nbasa kc ako na cc charged na pero NER kaya ayun, refund ata pero ang tagal ng refund. Sana my mkapag explain, hehe. Salamat po.

what year ang may cc charge but NER? Baka FSW for 2010. 2011 or 2012. Is it for 2013?

Ang alam ko that was before na me CC charge tapos NER pala pero starting FSW 2013, Pag CC charge meaning you passed na the eligibility check and after that PER na makukuha mo. SO parang ang charge sa CC/DD is isang indicator na one step closer ka na to Canada

I also have same opinion. As per last year FSW 2013,no cases of refund due to non eligibility. THere was refund due to cap reached, probably due to time (FIFO)and different
offices processing the completeness check, eligibility check, cc charging/dd negotiation. Parang pasado lahat pero pag dating sa dulo , puno na pala so di na sya kaya i accomodate kasi cap reached na for the NOC. So this resulted to refund.

Cc charging after completeness check but before eligibility check will result to more cases of refund and this will entail additional staff works for the CIC. I think the CIC already
realized this so there were changes in operating procedures.

To sum up sa dami ng sinabi ko.... :-* antay ka nalang dustincarlise. In 5-10days you will receive PER na. Party! Party!! ;D

Question. May gumamit ba ng Mastercard cc dito (issued by local bank)? Pano niyo po sinabi yung advice na i-accept ang charge kapag dumating? Natatakot lang kasi ako sa possibility ng miscommunication. Baka ang maintindihan ng customer service agent ng issuing bank ay i-decline instead na i-accept ang transaction. Hay, sorry praning lang.

Kami we used Mastercard CC and we just informed the CC company na we are expecting na me magchacharge ng malaking amount so wag nila idecline. Also, we make sure na our CC limit is enough para dun sa inaanticipate namin ni charge
