Hello! I'm reading the posts and worried ako...Oct 8 2014, Application Sent... Jan 15 2015 ako naka received nang PER...yung mga November appplicant may MR na but sa akin wala pa rin hu hu ... di kaya dis-approved ang sa akin ? Huwag naman sana Lord.

Hi there insanbakulaw! Yup marami na nagland na FSW 2014 kasama na ako doon So far loving it here naman in Ontario. Medyo nahirapan lang ako maghanap ng related job kasi regulated ang nursing. Nag-attend ako ng mga career services and seminar and they helped me a lot naman with resume writing, job search and interviews. After 2 months nakakuha naman ako ng independent contractor position caring for newborns.

Congratulations sa mga nakareceive na ng MR and PPR. To the rest of the applicants, hope you receive your good news soon. God bless!

Hello po, NOC 3012 din ako, Nurse din, mahirap ba talaga mag hanap ng Nursing Jobs jan? Kailangan ba talaga mg take ng exam to be an official nurse jan? Sorry ho ah, anong ibig sabihin ng "regulated"? At mahal ba yung mga seminars na inatenan mo? So far ba ok ang job mo ngayon at ang sahod din? Sorry ha, ang dami kong tanong.

My ielts already expired last April 2015, I'm October 2014 applicant and got my PER last January 2014. What will happen to my application since my IELTS has already expired while waiting for my MR.

Anyone with the same case? Hope to hear from you guys.

Good Morning Everyone!

For those who will land in Calgary and already bought tickets.
Can you share what route did you take?

For those who already landed, would highly appreciate if you can guide us.

I already inquire from 1 travel agency and below route was given to me.

MANILA-HK-VANCOUVER-CALGARY, which means I will have 2 stops and I think all the immigration process will be done in Vancouver and it's not really favourable (maybe). Not really sure about it yet since I'm still doing my research.

Then I found out that only Air Canada provides direct flight to Calgary from Asia and this is from Narita (Tokyo, Japan). When I checked the tickets it is quite expensive. CAD 1,526 per adult (Sep-2015), this is only from Narita to Calgary, I have not checked the fare from Manila to Narita.

Now, I'm still waiting for the reply of the 3 travel agencies. Hopefully they will have a better options.

Thus, mga kababayan, hope you can guide me…Thanks a lot in advance!

Planning to have kapehan session (though i am not a coffee drinker ) before end of this month. Welcome po mg suggest ng dates..may mga kapatid po kasi tayo mg fly n 8) sana parang send off kapehan session n rin sana

Main objective is to meet each other personally, share our experiences that we gone through in this project, some thoughts, preparing ourselves in the new journey of our life. Syempre we need to get connected by small bonding with each other. Sino-sino pa ba ang magtutulungan diba :-*

This is just a small step specially to those who doesn't know anybody in a new place.

We will be very grateful to have our seniors as well.

I know some of you are too shy to show their faces without the visa on hand or something...But hey we need to be optimistic and futuristic I don't even have my MR yet

That's why we call it "in process"

Try to check the prices po ng Manila (MNL) to ► Calgary (YYC) thru http://www.skyscanner.com/.
Then filter nyo na lang kung ilang stops ang preferred nyo.

Sa mga 1 stop flights, pinakamura na nakita ko ang Manila - Narita - Calgary.
You can ask your travel agency kung pwede nila kayo i-book ng tickets with this itinerary.

Don't worry about that, as long as by the time na nagsubmit ka valid pa yung IELTS mo e ayos ka pa. Mine expired Oct 27, 2014 and got my PER Oct 14,2014; I was in the same dilemma before as you are. =)
