Here's the status of our application:
1. We received your application for permanent residence on May 9, 2014.
2. We started processing your application on September 16, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received (May 18, 2015).
Facts:
- Originally, we are a family of 3 but my wife got pregnant and recently gave birth last April 29, 2015;
- I am the Principal applicant under NOC 1112;
-We intend to bring the kids
- We already took the medical tests last October 07, 2014 but it was only completed recently, last May 12, 2015 for my wife's X-ray.
- CEM advised us to submit the following within 30 days after my spouse birth delivery:
> Updated Additional Family Information (IMM5406) for you and for your spouse (to include your newborn).
> Completion of your spouse's medical examination
> Original NSO or LCR birth certificate your newborn child
> 3 pieces, passport-size photos of your newborn
> Photocopy of your newborn's passport biopage
> Processing fee for your newborn, if accompanying you to Canada
> Updated Personal Net Worth Statement (PNWS) and submit proof of funds
- It was also mentioned by the CEM that as part of the immigration requirements, our newborn must also undergo and pass the medical examination before you could enter Canada. CEM will send our child's medical form after they receive the documents indicated above.
- We already submitted and complied to all the documents mentioned above last May 28, 2015 and it was duly received by CEM last May 29, 2015.
QUESTIONS:
1. Based on the experiences here, how long does it take to get MR for our newborn?
2. What is the validity date of our Visa in case it will be issued soon?
3. When do we expect to receive our PPR?
