Hi guys, just to give you an update on how are we currently handling additional docs required by CEM.
Item1: Police Clearance Certificate from KSA for my husband who worked there from 2010 to 2014.
- He went to KSA Embassy (MAkati) yesterday to request for assistance/guidance on how to get this done from Philippines since he's been here since June 2014. To his surprise, the security guard did not allow him to get inside. He just asked for his purpose and called Information Office in-charge who advised him to do the following:
1. Request for finger print from NBI and to be authenticated by DFA.
2. Return the authenticated document to KSA Embassy Manila for seal ("seen" something like that)
3. Send the document to representative in KSA
4. and then.... blah blah blah
So ang natitirang option ko na lang dito ay to send a letter to CEM and request kung pwedeng ma-waive yung PCC from KSA. I just hope na ma-approve.
Item2: Exit Clearance from KSA (for my husband)
We just realized last night after reviewing his Saudi documents that he don't have this!
Salamat po in advance.

Hi Iankay,
Item1: I have also done the same. I wrote letter to CEM asking to reconsider and waive Saudi PCC. no reply yet from them, my recommendation is to try and get hold of someone in Saudi to help you, I am currently doing the same in case CEM insists on getting the Saudi PCC.
Item2: The best option is for your hubby to contact his previous employer so he can get the Final Exit document or details. You can also try to check the VISA status for your husband online:
