Hi all,
I have filed our application July 2014, fswp and Im bringing my wife and son (21months) along with me
I recieved my Medical Request April 30, 2015. Together with the letter, it is asking for additional requirements.. *sigh* since I worked in Saudi for about 2 years, almost 8 years ago. They requested more documents including poea cert, travel docs from b.i., final exit visa, and saudi police clearance,
unfortunaltely wala ako saudi final exit, and hindi ako makakuha ng saudi police clearance.. So I am sending a letter to request waiver, and even had an affidavit notarized..
im wondering if anyone had to go through the same thing where they had to request some documents to be waived,.. And what are the response from embassy?
I was happy I got my medical request but the additional document requirements are bothering me. I am hoping hindi sya mauwi sa interview.
Hello, in our case ako ung main applicant but the VO also required some documents of my husband from KSA such as police clearance, all re-entry/exit visas, iqama and employment certificate. He worked there from 2006 to 2009, fortunately lahat halos ng documents nasa kanya p except ung isang iqama at ung last re-entry/exit visa nya, like you wala din ciang final exit. So nagemail cia s company nya dun and sumagot nman ung admin, nabigyan cia ng copy nung iqama at copy ng employment cert pero hindi ung last re-entry/exit visa. Nakikita kc un s stamp s passport eh so nakita ng VO n meron ciang missing visa. No choice kmi kaya nagpagawa kmi ng affidavit of loss. Pero i don't think they will accept waiver of police clearance kc medyo mahigpit cla s security issue especially at sa middle east nagwork. Nung una nahirapan din kmi at lumagpas p nga kmi s dealine ng 60days kc naghanap p kmi ng kakilala s saudi. Pero nasubmit rin naman namin within 3days after the deadline. Bale nagsubmit kmi ng available documents with cover letter whereby we explained n on process p ung police clearance and we stated a target date kung kelan nmin masasubmit.
Going back to acquiring of police clearance, you need to have a representative who is residing in saudi. Give him authorization letter to transact on behalf of you. Hindi n kc nagaaccommodate ang embassy natin dun. Here's the process based on our actual experience;
1. Secure finger print card.
2. Send it to your representative with the authorization letter addressed to embassy of the phils. Bring it to the embassy office to stamp "seen and noted" SR100 ang cost nun.
3. Pag may stamp n, bring it to MOFA for stamp din, you also need to provide authorization and 2 pcs 2x2 photo. In my husband's case, sa al khobar nakabased ung kakilala nmin kaya dun s MOFA office sa dammam nya pinaprocess.
4. Pag stamp n ung finger print card, pede ng dalhin sa police headquarters. S al khobar kc meron police headquarters kaya dun dinala, hindi lng nmin sure s ibang lugar s saudi. We've heard n may ganitong process din s riyadh.
Ang crucial lng kc is kung nasaan s saudi ung representative mo kc hindi lahat ng lugar eh meron office ang embassy. So kung walang embassy s lugar n un, magdedepend k s embassy on wheels n dumadayons mga places n walang office pero by schedule.
Hope the above helps. If may question k feel free to pm me.
