Thank you kaeleemom.. I've checked the blog and the writer's case is the same as those applicants here in SG but PPR indicates to submit PP to SGVO. I've checked my PPR and the instruction is to submit to CEM.
I've also checked with VFS SG and I was advised to request to CEM via email to allow me to submit the PP at SGVO instead. Kaso lng I'm thinking kc baka magtagal p ng ilang weeks bago sumagot ang CEM so I've decided nlng to use a representative in sending the PP to VFS Phils... Again thanks for the input God bless

So for your case eh sa CEM tlg ang instruction? Nde ba allowed na icourier directly to them?
I also want to know how you will process it...maybe you can share with us the details..
just in case PPR na kme...hehehe...future reference dn ng mga ibang nsa waiting game pa...

Just want to share naman For those who are preparing their luggage na ^_^
You might want to try vacuum sealed packing, it really saves space sa luggage.
We were able to buy Vacuum Sealed plastic at HandyMan here sa Cebu for only 300 pesos for 2pcs.
Meron naman daw sa Ace Hardware.

NOC 3012 reached cap. I think NOC 3012 apps received by CIO up to Sep 4, 2014 are safe.
CIO sent out PER/NER to apps received around Nov 22, around mid-Jan.
If you did not receive a PER or NER, you can email CIO‑Sydney‑Search‑Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca on the status of your application.

NOC 3012 here. My app was received by CIO on Sept. 11, 2014. There is another forum for NOC 3012, you might want to check the posts of our fellow forum mates there.

Police Certificate: Provide an original police clearance certificate from Taiwan

We submitted original current NBI clearances (valid within 6 months from date issued).
