guys tanong lang. need pa ba ng cenomar??

nagupdate na kc ng status kami magasawa. dati single ngaun married na at pinadalhan kami ng papel ng canada. may cenomar daw. di ko alm kung dapt ba namin isubmit un kc wala kami nun. meron kami marriage cert

Certificate of No Marriage ang ibig sabihin ng CENOMAR. You can get it from the NSO. Usually it is required bago kayo makakuha ng marriage license, sa case nyo you are lucky na you were not required to get it prior.

Do they requested any other docs?

Ask ko lng sa mga nagpamedical sa Singapore (Fullerton), diba nakareceive tau IMM1017 tapos parang meron cla mga checkbox dun.
Tapos n kmi medical pero ndi naman nila ginalaw ang IMM1017 tiningnan lng nila. Tsaka ndi na din kelangan ng photo ok na daw.

ndi na ba natin isusubmit ang IMM1017 since ndi naman ginalaw sa yun sa medical, maybe because online clinic ang Fullerton?Anybody have the same experience?

BTW, question po. Mukhang matatagalan ang pagprocess ko ng NBI Clearance. Hindi aabot sa palugit nila na 30days. Is it alright if I submit just the medicals, RPRF, and the police clearance ng Singapore within the 30 days and then, ihahabol nalang ang NBI clearance? Hindi naman nila irereject ang application ko because of that?

Yes, same here, praying and waiting! ung mga nakareceive ng nov ng per ata yung prinoprocess
although sabi ng iba based on application date daw.

Kaya abang abang lang. yun nga lang di na ko mapakali sa trabaho ko.. hahahha. tingin ng tingin
sa email, forum na ito at ECAS. Hehehe

What you can do best i suggest, is to reply the same email from which you got the MR and highlight to them that you need the extension of the said NBI clearance. You are required to explain as well on why there is the need for such.. In these cases, mostly, there should be an attachment of any form or corresponding that will prove na matatagalan ka ma obtain yung clearance.. (eg. receipt indicating the future date of the release).

Kindly take note po, that the given deadlines set by VO's are strictly implemented. They can be one of the reasons for refusal/rejection as stated below. Kaya mas maigi na ipaalam mu sa VO to grant you extension. They most likely will.

heheh ganun din ako.. pa sulyap2x dito. Dami factors i believed on how the processing goes & probably no one can tell. Nakita ko yung may nag mention about an aug 10 applicant. That is possible. As of date, the only August applicant i know who finished her MR late January already sent her Passport for stamping to Manila VO, and recently she got a DM on ecas.. ;D All the positive factors where on her side.. Her noc if i remember well is 2173 (Aug 6 applicant)..

Hi! MR received! Nag email ang CEM today, no second line on Ecas though. Is it because nagrerequire pa sila additional docs like updated app form for canada and additional family information form namin mag asawa, also RPRF and passport pics and embassy fee for our newborn?

Hindi na sila nagrequest ng NSO bc ni baby kasi nagsend na ako through case specific inquiry ng bc nya pero certified true copy lang nung galing sa local civil registrar. Okay na kaya yun o magsend pa rin Ako ng nso copy?

Hindi na rin sila nagrequest ng updated POF, kasi bumaba cad and pasok na yung una namin bank cert.
