Ako yun tinawagan nun embassy nun Monday dahil hindi pa daw na sesend ni SLEC yun medical ni husband ko. Nag follow up ako nun Monday ke SLEC nun Tuesday nila nasend. Nagkaron ng update yun ECAS ko ng 3rd line today.

Wala po.. from mid sept applicants wala ng na charge... pero wala pa ding balita n bumalik na docs due to capped out. Sana nahuli lang asikasuhin at i check.

Oo wala pa ngang bumalik sa amin. Sana hindi na bumalik at tayo na lang magpunta doon hehe. Kung sakaling ibabalik mga ilang buwan ba bago makakarating dito sa atin?

Would like to ask feedback if they usually ask proof of funds (again) before MR or before Passport request? (just curious)

It is exactly 4mos since my husband receive PER, still no MR and ECAS still on first line. We already follow up CEM but we just received automatic reply "18mos processing in this type of application". Sobrang tagal ng MR, we don't know what is really happening in VO. Pero hindi parin nawawalan ng pag Asa, pray lang ng pray kasi dream talaga namin makapunta ng canada, last night napanaginipan nasa snow na daw ako,hehe sabi ni husband hintay lang atleast may PER na daw kami, the question is may narereject paba even may PER kana?
Hoping next week makareceive na lahat ng MR ang lahat ng naghihintay.

Ask ko lang kung wala naman kaso kung walang middle name yung visa and COPR namin and doon pala sa city of destination namin nakalagay is Toronto, but later on napagdecide na namin sa Calgary magaland. May issue ba yon?

At any point of the application, there is always a chance of rejection. Pero Stay positive lang. Parating na din yan. May we be able to fulfill all our dreams. God bless.

Sa mga katulad ko na naghihintay ng mr, kapit lang. Darating din. Let us just continue with our daily activities. I myself have to admit that sometimes, I do worry with this app. Pero kung iisipin mo, this is beyond our control. Kung ano pa man ang eksaktong nangyayari sa kanila dyan sa embassy, sila lang ang nakakaalam nun. Just wait, hope and pray. Sana ay wag maapektuhan ang mga kailangan nating maaccomplish everyday para sa pamilya natin at sa mga taong lubos na umaasa sa atin. God will lead us the way. Parating na yan in His perfect time.

This is so true. Lahat naman tayo talagang nae-excite, pero minsan mas matagal dumating ang hinihintay. Let's all be fit and be healthy. Wag tayo ma-stress at baka pumangit ang medical results natin. As long as we got na the PER, MR naman na ang kasunod nyan. Stay positive, keep the faith!

application received by CIC: 03 Nov 2014.
Method of payment: CC.

Unfortunately, my application was returned to me.

"You have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC.
You have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.
Therefore, I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence that you meet the work experience requirement for the occupation as described by the NOC - 2172 - Database analysts and data administrators."

And, with all the information collected from this forum, reading again the letter of recommendation from my employee and the contract with him, I understand why the officer came to this conclusion. The contract is a standard one, where I am named a "PROGRAMMER". And the letter doesn't say very much to help my case. The credit card was not charged.

The application was send back to me on 17 dec 2014. I have received the package on 6 feb 2015.

Does this means that the CIC officer is checking our Job descriptions with the NOCs lead statements and NOC duties even before they charge our CCs ??

Our initial understanding was that the CIC will check our Job descriptions and duties after they charge our CCs (when calculating our points)and They will do this when they doing the Possible Eligibility Review and if the out come of the positive eligibility review is negative, they will send us the NER. Isn't this the usual methodology we were thinking what is happening in CIC when we send a new application?

By looking at the above explanation by the CIC officer, it looks like they are doing the points calculation even before they charge the CCs. And what could they be doing at the stage of PER?
